This Braums location gets really busy drive-through & dining, there was a line to order went by fast , glad I dine in cause I was missing a patty on my burger which got fix when I returned it at cashier. Food came out good was not disappointed

I used the drive thru on Wednesday 11-19, and I ordered 2 burger meals and shakes. The drive thru was fast and the food was perfect. The guy named Marco working the payment window was so handsome I think I might have blushed when he smiled and asked how my day was. Very friendly and fast service. Let him know I am available! Lol

Stopped in for a bag of burgers with cheese and no pickles. The order came out quick which was much appreciated. However, the bottom half of the buns were hard and tasted stale as if they were old or left on top of something hot for hours. The meat was tough and dry like they were cooked hours before we made the order. It was far from fresh. They were so cold the slices of cheese did not even melt and it was cold. This is the exception not the rule, but this is not my home town Braums either. None of us in the office liked them and we threw the order in the trash.

Excellent service. We had to wait twenty minutes on our order but it was well worth it. Was told on wait before ordering so we understood they were short-handed that day. Ordered the double bacon cheeseburger meal and it was on point fresh bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. Also ordered the brownie sundae. Great customer service all around being as busy as they were they deserve five stars and will definitely be a repeat customer. Yes it was my very first time there and had a get 1St experience. Thanks
