Have only eaten here twice. Once was several years ago and the food was mediocre at best. Decided to try again because we wanted hot chicken chunks. Got home and they tasted completely bland like they weren’t tossed in sauce at all, shown in first picture. So I called and they told me to bring them back in. I feel like I was super nice about it for someone who’s always iffy on sending food back for fear of it being tampered with. I was told that the wings actually were tossed in sauce but they absorbed the sauce because it’s a buttery sauce. Maybe I shouldn’t compare to different restaurants, but when I worked at Angie’s firehouse tavern and would get chicken chunks tossed, the sauce would be visible and would get on your fingers when picked up, and the sauce would be on there hours later, so I don’t know if I’m being gas lit but they did end up giving me more sauce to just dip them in which is why I gave 5 stars for service. But I stand by my one star because the food here just isn’t worth it. I dipped one and set it aside to see if it would still be covered or absorbed after 15 or so minutes, and after waiting, you could still see and taste the sauce. So lesson here is, if you order chicken chunks, don’t get them tossed because you’ll be wasting your money. They’re extremely bland if that’s what they’re “supposed” to look and taste like and not worth the money. I thought frickers was supposed to be well known for their chicken. For reference they are supposed to be tossed in hot sauce. First picture is before I returned and the other pictures are after with sauce poured on them. Are they always this bland looking when you ask for tossed or was I bamboozled?

Some of the other reviews made us nervous, but they were wrong. The food was great and the service was awesome as well. The garlic Parmesan sauce was delicious. The Caesar salad was awesome. The fried pickles were great as well.

Delicious, hot food. Great staff! They’re always ready to help. We went during a very busy night but reserved a table online and I got a call and text when out table was ready.

We actually randomly picked this place. We were at the AFB from out of town. We thought the name was great and wanted to try it.
When we got here, the atmosphere was akin to a family friendly bar. It was definitely interesting! It’s for adults and kids feel like they’re included in adult activities!
Then the menu was extensive. When menus are that large I get concerned about quality. There were four of us and the food was absolutely FANTASTIC! I have absolutely zero complaints and all of the best things to say! When I come back in a couple weeks, this will be our new go to!

This is one of my favorite places to eat, but not on this day. They were extremely busy so I give them grace on the dirty tables that were taking way too long to get cleared and cleaned. We had to flag someone down after more than a few mins of us awkwardly standing there. My potato skins were cold and hard. I could definitely tell that they had been sitting for a while. Then, the chicken in my wrap was hard and chewy. It was terrible. I left terribly disappointed!.. and hungry. was

Raised their prices. AGAIN! Food prices aren’t even going up anymore, matter of fact they’re trending down ever so slighty, and yet they raised their prices for spme good customer gouging. Good food, but starting to “McDonald’s” themselves out of business with price hikes. I can go eat at a higher class restaurant like Texas Road House, Long Horn or a nice seafood place and pay the same or even cheaper. Heck, I prefer the taste of Frickers over Roosters, but now the price is cheaper at Rooster and they give more food, so I guess ill be dining there more often now that I think about it. Frickers being cheap with the quantity and liberal with the pricing has me thinking other options are better suited for me.

Waited over a hour when the restaurant wasn’t busy. Food came out cold. My husband couldn’t eat his ribs, my pizza had hardly any bbq sauce and was cold. The toddlers couldn’t eat their food as the corn dogs were burnt. A employee was digging in his pants and then walked back to the kitchen. The manager removed the food from our table and order but didn’t offer to remake the kids corn dogs, her response was it’s free anyways.

First time here and it was very nice! The wing style shrimp were SO GOOD. Definitely recommend if you come here and don’t eat traditional meat. We did the cross word on the kids menu (I know) but it was a fun restaurant. Lots of TVs and good staff. Will definitely be back

You know, I want to like this place. I will say that their wings are better than their main rival roosters. However, they’re breaded, and I’m not really a fan. They are cooked well, and their sauces have good flavor. But their just a little off for me. Fries were good. Burger was good. Chicken tenders were really good, I think they call them chicken filets or something. Place has a great atmosphere and staff was good.

Yuuuuuuck. Floors were sticky, bathrooms smelled like straight pee, and a bucket was catching water from the ceiling by our tables all evening.
Food was mediocre at best, and the kids “chicken wings” weren’t wings at all, and they smelled HORRIBLE and tasted awful. Our entire party was passing around the chicken smelling it and we were all in disgust. This place was disgusting.
