Great place to stop off for a burger and some drinks. Brought my friends here straight from Australia to grab a bite. I’ve eaten here several times over the years excellent food, service, and really nice atmosphere, a nice comfortable interior space, bar seating, high tops and tables available. Our server Nicole took great care of us. Food was served altogether nice and hot. Great bang for your buck. Stop in and try it sometime even if you don’t have guests in from Australia.

07/12/2025 – First time visiting Bru Burger Bar in Westerville, OH with one of my good friends and the experience was awesome. Very nice two level bar serving some delicious cocktails and some tasty burgers. For an appetizer, I ordered their Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tenders. Yummy. For my entree, I ordered their Bru Double Bacon Burger with Bru Fries and it was very tasty. For my cocktail I ordered a classic Margarita with Salt and it was savory. The decor is modernly comfortable with warm colors and nice lighting. There is an outdoor patio on the 2nd level. There is also an elevator. Our server was attentively friendly and professional. Parking out front. Decent prices.

This sport bar was wonderful. There were many beer selections. Their food items were not various, but they grilled burgers perfectly. My medium temp burger tasted juicy and flavorful with fresh vegetables and sauces. This burger could be the best that I’ve had.
Service was amazing. WiFi was fast. The dining room had an amazing vibe with large screens. The patio also had a beautiful view at the rooftop. Go bucks!

What has happened to this place? This was always a great place for a perfect juicy burger constantly. I haven’t been for months and was so disappointed.
The staff looked like they just rolled out of bed or dropped off from the night before. Really bad.
The wine ordered by two in our party wasn’t rancid, but tasted bad and tasted like mold.
Staff said corporate changed from bottles of wine to kegs of wine because they sell far more beer. So, if you have kegs of wine going bad, wouldn’t it make sense to go back to bottles with a longer shelf life rather than throwing away kegs of wine every few days? That doesn’t make good financial sense.
What happened to the fresh fat burger? “Would you like one patty or two?” What the heck. Flat like a McDonalds burger. Wow!
“How would you like it cooked?” It didn’t matter because all of our burgers were dry and cooked to a crisp.
My Mom 85 &Dad 86 were visiting and were looking forward to the burgers they so enjoyed.

First time trying this spot. Wow. Best chicken tenders in the city and I’m not kidding either. The breading was so unique and flavorful. The ranch had a great dill flavor. I got a side of Nashville hot sauce that was oil based and had really good flavor also. I got mine with fries that were crispy. Server was friendly and helpful. The patio was nice and sunny, not too busy for lunch. Can’t wait to go back!

Got my food to-go this time but I’ve dined in here before. I got the Bru Burger and fries and both were delicious. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Nice, clean restaurant. If you like burgers and fries give this place a shot. You wont be disappointed.

The whole family loved this place. Only issue I had were the onion rings. They were still doughy and had no flavor, don’t get them. However, the burgers were awesome and even the kids said they wanted to come back. The fontana sauce is on another level…..amazing. Get a side of it and dip everything in it. Staff and service were great. We were seated upstairs in the round room and enjoyed the atmosphere. Great selection of draft beer and doesn’t have the “unclean line” taste. Parking was easy and can’t wait to come back.

The wings have a great sauce. The burgers are well assembled with complimentary textures and flavors. The draft list is pretty good with good local selections. Our server was efficient and friendly. even though she was very busy.
—-I take off 1 star for the upstairs seating. I’m mobility challenged and every single time I’ve been in this restaurant the host/hostess wants to seat me upstairs. The elevator hasn’t worked in a few years either. Our party actually had to leave once. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or rotation on the floor but ASK if people would be willing to go upstairs when there’s tables available on the first floor. Before I had my leg injury I would have been cool with 2nd floor.

Nice sports bar-esque restaurant. The service is great and helpful. They were very attentive to our large group. The cocktails are pricey but so good. Food was good but felt it could’ve been better. Burger tasted a little bland maybe needed more sauce or seasoning. I think I just expected more for the price. Quite a lot of televisions to watch the CBJ and Crew play games or whatever you want to watch. Onion rings are MASSIVE.
