My husband and I came here for restaurant week last night, and it was amazing! You get a soup or salad, entree with sides, and a dessert for $50. We each got a glass of wine as well, but that was separate. They brought out bread right away, which was nice. I liked the variety. I got the clam chowder, filet mignon, and the espresso cake. Everything came with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. It was all so good! My steak was cooked rare just how I like it. We noticed our table was a little wobbly, and our server quickly moved us to a new table. The service was great, and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely come again, especially during restaurant week when you can get a great deal!

We made a reservation for a birthday, and at first they wanted to seat us at the farthest table in the outdoor area. We immediately asked for another table, and the service stepped up. The food was very good, we had calamari, meat, Brussels sprouts, and asparagus. The drinks were well served. For dessert, we had the apple bread, along with coffee and cognac, and we asked for a birthday candle, which the waiter never brought, and honestly, I didn’t like his service at all. They gave us some complimentary mini desserts for the birthday, again without candle, which was the only thing I had requested. Luckily, I had brought mine. Everything was great except for the waiter.

I am thoroughly impressed with everyone at Capital Grille. I will start with valet. The valet guys were really nice and accommodating. They assisted me with getting my things and when it was time for me to go they were already pulling my car around. I was really impressed. Shoutout to them. So when you all come here bring cash to tip those gentlemen.
When I walked into the restaurant I was warmly greeted by two host who then found my reservation and seated me immediately. I had an amazing seat. Even though I was alone they still sat me out in the open I really appreciated that. My server name was Joi W. And let me start off by saying Joi was so amazing and she really knows her stuff. She went into detail about all the specials they had for the evening. And when I walked in initially my mind was kind of already made up about what I wanted. But after hearing all the different specials I did end up changing my mind and going with the Wagyu Filet Mignon and 6oz Lobster Tail special cooked medium. It was the best steak/lobster I ever had so tender and juicy. 10/10. I also got the Lobster Mac and Cheese. It was okay. If you like Mac and cheese with that more Sharp cheddar taste you will love it. I would rate it a 7/10. For my appetizer I ordered the Lobster and Crab Cake and the Caviar Dip. That crab cake was in a class of its own it was so good and full and lobster and crab. 20/10. The caviar dip was also really rich and flavorful. If you like French onion dip you will love this. It’s like a really rich French onion dip it’s really amazing. 10/10. Overall Service, Food, Experience, Atmosphere was a 10/10 for me. I can’t wait to come back. This was my first birthday away from family and friends and they really made it special. Thank you so much to everyone!

Usually our experience, a refined experience was less than par. The food was excellent as always but our server seemed like he cared less for our business. We were celebrating our daughters twenty third birthday. While other that assisted our server were warm and welcoming, Tyler appeared as if he couldn’t be bothered. We did tip him the recommended amount for gratuity because life happens and outside elements could have led to his demeanor; however if other tables received favorable mentions for him, then his attitude lies with us squarely. We would like to mention Cia for greeting us and making us feel welcome as we deserved. Thanks to the cooks tonight, the food was well prepared and flavorful.

We made reservations an hour before and they were able to accommodate us, plus #1! We inform the host and he asked if we were celebrating anything, we told him we were there for our daughter’s graduation from college.. behind our backs he set up the most beautiful table. Plus #2. Plus #3 was our hospitality attendant Joi but honestly we feel like she’s a new friend!!! That’s how comfortable Joi made us feel.. Joi was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and wine selection which helps a lot. From the valet, to the host to the bus person, to our new family member Joi, we were able to have a beautiful celebration for our daughter. We live out of state and The Capital Grille made us feel like we were home! The food was sooo delicious and the service was amazing! I didn’t say a lot about the food in this post but honestly you can’t go wrong here. Everything was amazing and delicious! I have a little tear!! Thank you,

I’ve visited this restaurant and probably spent over $4000 in total over the course of my travels here. Recently the service I have experienced to gone downhill drastically a lot of of the servers and the weight staff need serious retraining on how to be apologetic and understanding of all customers. I had a really good experience with a manager. That being said, I did wait an excess of an hour for my order to get to my table and when my order did arrive, ultimately everything was burned you can see the char on the photos that they absolutely forgot about my stake on the grill, I asked for medium rare and what I got was a dried up piece of leather. Even the mushrooms I had ordered on the side were burnt as well. My wife’s filet mignon was the exact same. You guys need some serious reevaluation from the kitchen all the way to the wait staff. Multiple tables that have arrived after me received their orders. When you charge premium prices for a premium product, you have to make sure you deliver the service and trying to make up for it was OK but the service in total and the quality needs to be finely controlled.

We have gone here quite often for special occasions, and it never disappoints! Our favorite waiter is Max – his service is impeccable. My son reserved the back room when he proposed to his girlfriend; there were about 17 of us. Max took such good care of us. The food is DELICIOUS!! They treat you like royalty.

Our experience at The Capital Grille was phenomenal. It was a Saturday so of course they were busy, but every single need was met but our waiter plus other waiters. All of the staff was very attentive and pleasant. Our food (filet mignon, ribeye, creamed corn and truffle fries along with dessert) was delicious and hot. The atmosphere was more of the upscale vibes but more stuffy. The price point wasn’t bad either. This was our first time so we’re definitely coming back soon.

Worth every $$$! My husband and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary here today and we had the best dining experience we’ve had! Our server, David, was outstanding and hit the spot with every recommendation! Truly a gem! We visited for a team dinner. The atmosphere at the entrance of the restaurant makes you feel excited even before you enter.
The staff were very polite and it was a very meaningful time. This was the first time we had gathered like this since I joined my current team.
Also, by coincidence, it was my birthday and the birthday of another member. It was such a coincidence that I will never forget this moment.
