No doubt the BEST service we’ve ever had. The servers are exceptional. The first time we ever ate here, the server offered to join us at the food stations to help us create our bowls(since we’ve never been there before). She was seriously awesome.
We love creating our bowls and having them cooked in front of us. The crab Rangoon’s and egg rolls are pure perfection too. Highly recommend!

So nothing was wrong with the service or atmosphere. Just the food. And mind you my food was fine although not much chicken on the general tso. My wife ordered the sampler and the cheese sticks and crab rangoons were awful. The chicken tenders were ok but you can tell were nothing special.

We had a great experience at the Mongolian Grill! I visited with my wife, and we really enjoyed the concept of choosing our own fresh ingredients and sauces. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and the chefs did an excellent job preparing the food just the way we liked it. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a fun and enjoyable dining experience.

Always a fun experience! Every few months they update the available items for your bowl in the buffet line and so it’s fun to come back.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I enjoy watching the food getting cooked and watching the cooking crew have a good time. I greatly enjoy when they suddenly start singing short songs and getting the crowd going.
It can get pretty busy in the evening and on weekends so give yourself some extra time if planning to go out during prime hours. There’s always plenty of garage parking so at least that’s not an issue.

I want to thank all of the BD’s staff, cooks, waiters, management and ownership for making my birthday special today. I went on a slow Monday to the restaurant, and was received with top class service and wonderful food. Thank you to my waiter Ashley, for being extremely kind and supportive of the good vibe.

This was a great meal all together! You pick out your meal from a buffet style set up. Meat, spices, vegetables, and sauces. Then the chef will cook everything on the round grill. I will be returning. Thank you for this experience.

when server was telling me he would get it fixed talked to the manager on duty beside me and he just shrugged his shoulders?
already a little crazy you charged me a required service fee for 2 people then don’t let me use the coupons you told me to use?
costed me more money in the end due to dishonesty. waiter was great management not so much.
will not be returning with my family upsetting not the price just the principal.

The food I had was horrible. The sweet soy sauce was really just soy sauce w sesame seeds. The server brought me an old sprite when I only wanted water.

Not at all impressed. So let me get this right. I come in, pay to prepare my own food so I can then tip someone extra for heating it up am told to wait for my dinner bowl while other customers are seated, served and allowed to get their food? All I heard the entire meal is they are understaffed and overworked. Our waitress was simply put, overwhelmed and not available to be a server to us. Had management look past us while trying to get attention from anyone all to be ultimately charged for flavorless (other than excessively sweet) food that I didn’t eat. $20 for a plate of food that you see I’m not eating and still charge me? I know now why it’s been awhile since I’ve been here and it will most certainly be awhile if ever before I’m back. The seating is WAAAY overcrowded, huh? Wonder if that’s why they’re understaffed and overworked? Not at all a good experience, but they got my money so at the end of the day thats what it’s about right…their bottom line?
