Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with cheese meal asked to make it a large also requested fresh fries and politely said that I was willing to wait. There is no way this was a quarter pounder patty nor was it made fresh like they’re supposed to be. Burger was like warm at best. The fries were the worst I’ve had in a really long time. Not fresh at all, soggy & limp. Would have went back had I not already driven off. Also put the order in as a large fry and medium Coke. They were nice enough to give me the lrg cup when I questioned it. Would drive further to go to a more attentive McDonald’s next time.

I paid 2.50 extra on top of 8.50 for my meal to get a large iced Carmel macchiato and it was 3/4 of the way full. When I was about to be handed it I asked if additional coffee could be put in it and I was told no. I got one the day before and it was filled fully. I will not be back to this store since I was made to pay full price and not given what I should have been. On top of this my chicken wrap was cold in the center and my fries were hard.

Veronica was rude. I used the app and placed an order for 45 biscuits. I left 20 minutes later. When I got to the location I waited another 10 minutes. Walked inside. The young cashier whispered to Veronica that the 45 biscuits was here. Veronica immediately came to me and about 7 other people around and told me to call ahead the next time. Said I ruined her 16 year old staffs morning by not calling ahead. I didn’t know. I thought that was what the app was for. She was snide and had a full

Girl at the drive thru was incredibly rude. Took our order and was rushing us through it. When we got to the window she said “Pull up there,” didn’t tell us where or anything just closed the window. Would’ve also been nice if I had gotten the bacon on my burger like I ordered and paid for. This McDonald’s has gone so downhill.

We love their Quarter Pounder with cheese burgers and their fries! Conveniently connected to the Ingles supermarket parking lot, so it’s easy to drop by for a drive-through order after grocery shopping. We do usually have to wait at the third window at the front of the store after we order and pay, because the Quarter Pounders are made fresh. Usually no longer than a 5-minute wait though.

We had the worst experience at this neighborhood McDonald’s last night; and after reading the reviews, it’s apparent that’s their norm. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with NO cheese and had to wait 8 minutes for them to fix the sandwich accordingly. When my hubby opened his sandwich, it obviously had cheese on it. I called the manager and expected him to put us on a wrong order list, as has been done in the past. The CHILD MANAGER told me we’d have to return the sandwich. To be honest, I was so shocked at what he said, I probably could’ve been nicer. We loaded up our complete order, half eaten sandwich & fries. Upon returning to the restaurant, the manager looked at our sandwich, said it was half eaten, handed us back the bag and said, “Have a nice day.” My husband threw the bag back thru the window and told HIM to enjoy it. I would avoid this sub-par location. If you do stop by, be sure to check your order.

I’ve got to say this trip was very forgettable. I can’t remember going there much less if the food was any good this time . I’m guessing it’s got to be ok because I keep going back to the same place. Awful…again. I generally stay away from McDonald’s because of repeated bad experiences in the past. Only went this time cause my son didn’t want Taco Bell and it was getting late and we wanted to get home after a long day. Little did we know the only thing that was actually long was our wait in the drive thru after we ordered. It was ridiculously long. I counted 3 vehicles behind me that simply sped outta there cause they were obviously tired of waiting. Every time I go to this place there is a problem…missing food, chatter among employees I or my kids don’t wanna hear, unfriendly incompetent workers who are obviously not caring about giving good service and/or waiting forever for our order. Only McD’s that is the opposite of what I’ve described is the one on other end of Fort Henry near the mall…they are great there…never had one problem. All the others I’ve visited are the same…bad.
Update…just wanted to share this pic of my “large” fry I just received. At least the service has gotten friendlier but this is ridiculous!
Update…3 visits in a row we’ve had the same problem. My daughter get the 2 cheeseburger meal and I always tell them plain. Last 3 visits there’s been 1 cheeseburger plain and the other regular. I’ve told them that the way it’s rung up on the ticket could be causing the confusion. On the ticket it’ll show the meal then underneath it shows “1 Plain” so I believe they’re reading it as only 1 cheeseburger is plain. Of course nothing changed cause the next visit the same thing happened even tho I stressed that BOTH cheeseburgers need to be plain. My last visit I tried the mobile app and ordered from it. Picked up curbside and, yep you guessed it, food was missing from my order. I was missing an apple pie and a 4 pc nugget so I had to go thru the drive thru and get that resolved. I’M DONE WITH THIS PLACE…IT’S THE WORST!
