I’ve been to the sonic a few times because my house is close To this location, I’ve had three bad encounters with the food I ordered a burger a few months ago with a mill and when I got the burger, it was very, very small with everything. I did not want on it. Then there was a time where I received One out of three items in my bag Now this time I went and when I got my shake, I did not look at it until I got on the road and it looks like it has been tampered with or that it was someone else’s that they already messed with Did not have whipped cream and the lid had the shake smeared all over it and was more than halfway melted Had a indent in the cup, where the straw was but was taken out I am very upset with this location’s service. I don’t think I will be going back. Why would I receive a shake like this? Why would they serve anybody with food that has not been prepared right or tampered with why am I constantly missing items in my order?

Placed an online order. Prepare for immediate pickup. Arrived, checked in, waited approximately 20 minutes and left. Ie, was in the drive up pickup spots.
This was the second time I’ve had issues with an online placed order. Previously, after check in, waiting 20 minutes for a blast, I drove around to the drive up window to wait an additional 10 minutes.
They have failed to observe request for light ice enough times I don’t leave without checking, 4 times on a drink, I’ve had to send them back to redo as light ice. 1 time recently, left without checking because of being in a hurry, ended up getting 4 straw sips out of a large drink, and it was empty.
I will not return to this specific Sonic!

Worst Sonic I’ve been to yet. And that’s saying something because I’ve found myself disappointed by the other ones in town as well. Dry, old and burnt tasting chicken strips for my son… the tater tots were cold and just as burnt tasting… got a chicken slinger and not only was it super tiny for what they charge, but the chicken was even worse than the strips!! No condiments offered… poor service. Never wasting my money on this place again. Absolutely terrible.

Went for a quick bite to eat while the kids were away, took 10min to take my order then sat there for another 30min and still didn’t get the food. Managers need to get it in order. When I was at the window all the kids were leaning on the counter talking. Horrible location.

I waited for my food for just under 30 minutes. Mobile order. It was just 2 drinks and a large tater tot toppings. Had to push the button and call to ask about it. When it came, there was chili on the tots when I didn’t order that. That wouldn’t have been a big deal, but that’s the second time they’ve done that exact thing to my order. They also didn’t provide a fork. All-around frustrating. I expect better from Sonic. 20 years ago, they were better.

This particular place is on the Houston Hwy, and all the car hops seemed like they were new. I had 2 of them bring me someone else’s order, and the one that brought my order was asking me to pay but I had payed with a credit card, but she didn’t know, apparently. Then, I had to ask for missing condiments that were not even offered. But at least the food order itself was correct. So they eventually got it right.

Super incompetent workers. Need to be trained better on how to go about talking and responding to customers. I get your busy but don’t give me your pitty party excuse. Just go correct the order so the next customer can be taken care of. I definitely think they need a whole new manger /staff.

The app wouldn’t work. I could not pick the location, so I did not get my discounts. The person taking my order kept getting it wrong. Then they were out of items. I was so fed up that I just wanted to cancel everything and leave, but the man wasn’t listening. So now I have a wrong order with items I don’t want, and I’m so irritated. This location has messed my drink order up multiple times the past few weeks. I am just going to start going out of my way to go to a different location because this is ridiculous.
I will say Jayden who delivered my food was very polite, kind, and apologetic. The one saving quality.

Great food! Left cash card for hours not realizing that I had left it. Went on my app to see last place I had been, called them, they said yes they had it. Thank you Houston Hwy. For having honest employees ❤️
