My wife picked up food their on her way home. They forgot the kids meal and gave her a chicken sandwich instead of a quarter pounder. We usually are pleased with this location but the night shift must not care about its orders

I don’t normally ever leave bad reviews but I am beyond disappointed in my experience here tonight. We have a family tradition for my father in law that passed away and our family gets a meal here on the same day each year. I waited at curbside for 1.5 hours waiting for our order. Called inside 3 times to be told they are working on it. Had to walk in to get our order fresh which they were able to hand us within 10 minutes. Just to get home with an item missing. Customer service was not very kind when we called back and did not seem to care to help us at all. I will not be going back here and we will move our family tradition else where…

Breakfast burrito meal. Was supposed to have been with large Coke but I was given tea. Good enough. Food was hot and served quickly. Dining room was very clean. Staff all seemed friendly and polite.

Its like a giant walk in vending machine, you walk in ,see no one, ( because it’s built to keep you and the workers separated) , order at a kiosk , then you stand in suspense, hoping someone behind the wall even knows your there (or maybe you’re just waisting your time and looking stupid, in what appears to be a empty building). Then someone comes from behind the wall, places your food on a shelf, calls out a number and disappears. Now, your alone again but I needed some ketchup, (because everything is behind the wall) now I have no way to communicate, with ( at lest the one person I now know is behind the wall), without yelling. So I am forced to go behind the little counter, and peer around the wall and ask for ketchup, she didn’t look very happy that I was behind the counter, and I wasn’t happy that I was behind the counter. It was a terrible experience, the food was good, but so isn’t the food in rest stop vending machines. Why did you isolate the customer like they are soulless robots ?

Ordering thru the app works very well at this location. Food served hot and ready when you get there. Friendly service. Areas is a little rough so drive in only for us here.

Every single time I come to this location and try to use the mobile McDonald’s rewards app, they tell me my code doesn’t work.. I tell them to scan to QR code, they always reply they don’t even have a scanner to do it….. What’s the deal with this location?? Is there just lazy workers who don’t to do their job? Is there a glitch in the system with this specific location that doesn’t allow them to use the mobile rewards?? What’s the deal?? It’s literally every single time I visit here it never works!! But can go 10 minutes across town and they have no issues taking my code???? Also seen a GIANT RAT running around the dumpster last time I was there.

I ordered at the McDonald’s on E. Main St through DoorDash and my order was right. They gave me xtra tartar sauce for my fish sandwich, fries were still hot, and I got everything I ordered. It all tasted fresh and great.

Literally just sat in park in this drive-thru for almost 20 minutes watch several cars pull off just for the very next car that pulled up to be helped just drive through always takes an extensive amount of time it’s not a place you go if you are crunch for time at all at any point in time in the day not sure what’s going on but since they’ve been remodeled it has been terrible but once you do get your food it’s not bad

They served me some pancakes and I found two little hairs in it, and I told them 3 times what I ordered and they still forgot something normally there is one lady in there that is sweet and knows what she’s doing but everyone else in there acts slow during night shift going into morning shift cause around 4-6am they acting slow in there
