Our first time visiting. Service was very good and attentive. Very juicy burgers!!! and the Kimchi chicken sandwich was flavorful!!!The valentines shake was amazing!!! The establishment was clean and the atmosphere was chill and quiet.

Great fresh food and great service! The place is very spacious and has a lot of sitting area. Location is also very clean. Everything is delicious from their chicken burger to their fries. Large selection of beverages from fountain drinks to beer and wine selection. Love this place it never disappoints!

I’m a big fan of Shake Shack, but this Uptown Plaza location felt a bit off. The setup is nice—there’s a large parking lot, plenty of indoor seating, and a dog-friendly patio. You can order at the counter or use the self-service tablets, which is convenient.
I had the Shroom Burger with a patty and cheese fries. The burger was delicious, but the fries didn’t taste as fresh or flavorful as usual.
What stood out most was the service—the staff seemed overworked and not very enthusiastic. I really hope management works on boosting morale or supporting their team better. A good crew makes all the difference.

A great place for burgers and shakes but did you know “The Shake Shack ” has a rich history. They originally started as a New York hot dogs cart and evolved into a Global business who’s mission statement is to “Stand For Something Good.” They only use premium quality ingredients and are heavily involved in raising funds for public art projects. We took advantage of their Black Truffle Tax promotion to get a free Black Truffle Burger or fries with a minimum purchase of $10.40 what a delicious tax return!
My Truffle Burger was juicy and the truffle burger sauce , crispy onions, and Gruyere cheese made this burgers rich flavor profile but hurry today’s the last day!

I stopped in and had the chicken shack, a strawberry malt and iced tea. Wow! It was great. Great tasting chicken, the shake was delicious and the service was great Jessica is top notch! I will be back.

10/26/24 – Short version: had a craving for a burger & fries this particular Saturday so we decided to give Shake Shack a shot. We did, won’t do it again. It was okay, just not worth a return visit.
Longer version: got there shortly before 3 o’clock. Since it’s part of a strip mall, parking was not a problem.
They do have seating outside, on the south and west side but we opted to sit inside to avoid traffic noise. The seating is very uncomfortable, however, in that it seems the sole purpose is utilitarian (just a place to set your butt) and not about comfort. I guess they want you in and out. Metal seating does nothing for my a$$ except make it sore. 🙂
I will say the burgers had a much better presentation than McDonald’s and Burger King’s, meaning they were not flat as a pancake. As you can see from the pics, they had mass to them.
The fries and truffle fries were almost identical in flavor, the only reason the one tasted better was all due to the truffle dip.
The restaurant was running a pretty tight ship. Service was pretty quick, and we kept seeing what we assumed was the manager walking all over the place delivering food & doing some clean up. There were three self-order kiosks you could use (one was down), as well as ordering at the counter … if you don’t mind waiting for them to get off their phones and take your order.
The shakes were pretty good, nice and thick.

I was the only person in line and ordered a standard, single burger for my kid. Nothing else. Simplest order you could make. Waited forever, when I went to the counter, I was told my burger was behind other orders and would be delayed. We were in a hurry and frustrated. He tried to suggest it was my fault. Not cool. I will say the burgers taste good, just don’t go if you have a rushed timeline.

Yesterday we went to another shake shack we totally loved it. Today we came to this location. They gave us bad avocado with my burger.I went up to the counter to tell them and they gave me this avocado you see in the picture. The avocado they initially gave me was worse. You can taste the old oil in the nuggets. It was really disappointing. Not coming back to this location.
The restrooms were really clean. And the restaurant was clean as well.

I have had many burgers in my life but nothing has treated my taste buds as good as these delicious patties stuffed in the softest pockets of bread. Absolutely fantastic! Not only are the burgs off the charts but so is their customer service. Always friendly and happy to help. I had recently received a gift card for my birthday to shake shack, the day I tried to use it the balance was zero dollars. I explained the situation and they were more than understanding and helped me in a quick timely manner to restore the money to the gift card. This particular location rocks. Thanks again for your help and kindness!

Food was so good I would come back, however they are really small portions for the price you pay. We got a chicken sandwich, burger, cheese fries and a shake for about $50. We could have gone to a real side down restaurant for that price with bigger portions and long wait time. We did try the tiramasu shake and it was amazing. I would come back just for that. This location was also super busy so I would keep that in mind.
