I’ve lived here for 8 years. In the last year or two, this Taco Bell has gone ABOVE and beyond. The service is excellent, my order is always correct, my food is always fresh and hot and whoever they have back there rolling the burritos is an artist of their trade.

I cannot comment on the atmosphere, this Taco Bell is behind glass 100% of the time. But DAMN do they nail the orders. There was ONE time my order was wrong; I got an extra burrito. They can’t accept it back through the window.

Ordered on uber eats, most of my food was missing. Had to refund and reorder. Was given my original order that’s was almost an hour old and cold. Go in person don’t order over an app at this location. Check your food before you leave. Paid 10 extra dollars for cold food.

My first worst experience at Taco Bell on this side of town. I waited an hour just to get my food and they were missing a few items and they look like they were freaking out. One guy got so mad’ cause it was a tiny busy and it’s not even Friday. Order at 12 got my order at 52 mins later. ♂️ also I order some classic stackers and the one on the right is the correct the one on the left looks like a quesadilla just folded in half. Terrible job.
But I really do hope they get better though.

I walk in and the lady looks at me then looks away. So I start trying to ask them a question because I only need ice and I had my own cup. They ALL ignore me so I ask the lady who was cleaning behind me and shes like idk let me ask them and they even ignore her. As we are waiting for a response any response another customer walks in and a light skin lady instantly walks up to assist her.

It was pretty busy when we went so I expected a bit of a wait. Unfortunately we discovered an item was missing. The line was long and it took forever the first time. Tried going inside but the lobby was locked. Tried calling but the phone was off the hook. Waited in line another 20 minutes to get what was missing (meanwhile the rest of the food was getting cold). Got home and discovered other items were missing and we had received items we didn’t order. Part of the order were two nachos in those flimsy cardboard boxes and the lovely teens who were working were so kind as to pile the rest of the items on top of those boxes so that when they were opened, most of the ingredients and chips were stuck to the lid. I unwrapped a burrito to see what it was and the ingredients were spilling out the end, all over the outside of the tortilla and the wrapper.
Taco Bell is expensive. I spent way too much money on cold, sloppy, inaccurate food. I won’t make that mistake at this location again.
Looked like nothing but a bunch of teens working, who would rather goof off than do their jobs.
Pics of the burrito were taken after refrigeration. It would’ve been impossible to eat when we got it. Even lukewarm it was a huge mess.

Came by at 1am and it was packed. I have an extremely specific order and they got it correct. The cashier was super polite and the big guy in the collar shirt gave me a midnight freeze because he thought I was waiting to long which I wasn’t. Will be back
