Stopped by this McDonald’s and had a great experience. The food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I expected. Staff were friendly, fast, and welcoming, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Quick service, reliable quality, and a consistently satisfying stop when you’re hungry after a long day of errands.

One star because I’m tired of it. Ordered my Big Mac. No sauce, light onion, light lettuce, extra pickle, and no salt. My Big Mac came with 1 pickle, no onions, 2 shreds of lettuce, no cheese and it is the saltiest burger I’ve ever had. This was done on purpose. No way it wasn’t.

I recently went through the drive-thru and had an uncomfortable experience. The teenager with the glasses working the window handed me the sodas first. While I was turning around to grab the food, he pushed the bag into my car instead of waiting to hand it to me properly. I ended up having to grab it after it was already inside my vehicle. It felt rushed and a bit disrespectful. I understand it can be busy, but I’d appreciate a little more courtesy and professionalism.

This is how my sealed door dash order was delivered. My fry container was LESS than half full. Unacceptable. Someone working was simply being lazy and didn’t want to drop a new basket figuring they’d get away with it since it was a door dash order. Pathetic. Won’t be ordering again.

I was super excited to order the happy meal with the TMNT x Hello Kitty collab. I wait in the drivethru and then get my meal and its not the hello kitty box and it doesnt have the hello kitty toy. It was a baby book. I went back inside the mcdonalds and tried asking what was going on and the person did not seem to care and said they dont have it. I asked why they cant put in their system that they dont have it because i wouldnt have bought it if they didnt have it in stock. They didnt care. So now i have -$ and a baby book. Thanks a lot for ruining my excitement Mcdonalds.

My food was ok!the restaurant it’s self was ok but there bathroom was nasty. Then while my son and I are eating they have someone sweep right next to us while we are eating that’s nasty plus there employees are to depended on the mobile orders or the screens they have there they don’t like taking any orders or and real inner action with customers oh while we were waiting on our food which was just a hash brown and sandwich everyone who came after us managed to get there food first 1 of there employees was picking up the drink cup and rubbing his bare dirty hands all over the rim of the cup!! So why would anyone spend $5.19 on a kitkat mcflurry if it looks like someone ate 1/3 of it and its half melted… its already small as it is. Also, they didnt give me my full order. Missing a mcdouble. They also gave me what looks like a medium fry in my large fry. Annoyed and they took my money for what? Half my meal?
