I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Red Robin. The service was unprofessional and inattentive from the moment we walked in. We waited far too long to be seated, and even longer for our food, which arrived cold and poorly prepared.
The restaurant did not feel clean, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic rather than welcoming. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and customer service.
Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time and money. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.

Wow. I had the Whiskey River Double (subbed one chicken patty) and it was absolutely delicious. One of the best burgers to ever hit my pallet and BOTH proteins were cooked to absolute perfection and topped by a warm bun. Again, the drink menu is amazing and the service well above par with endless and amazing sweet potato fries.

Just wanted to recognize the AWESOME EFFORT put in by the bartender!!! Christina. She greeted us within 7mins of seeing we were sat, had our drinks immediately. She asked for help, HELP WAS THERE. The manager was at the host stand greeting people, seating people, helping out wherever he could, Nick was his name. THE TEAMWORK THAT WENT INTO THE WORK PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am beyond pleased with the entire experience. Especially with our server, Christina, the bartender; not only did she maintain her own section and bar drinks for the whole restaurant & milkshakes, she did it with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE THE WHOLE TIME. even when overwhelmed. KUDOS RED ROBIN. Every dining experience should strive to meet these standards!!!

I called and placed an order with a live person, I guess the call center. I order 2 cheeseburgers, well done with American cheese plain (meat, cheese and bun only) with poppyseed honey mustard. I got home and it had mayo on it. I called and they directed me to the manager (can’t remember his name – manager on duty on 1.29.25 qt 6pm). I told him what happened, he put me on hold to pull the ticket. He came back and read off the ticket, he said since it didn’t say no mayo on the ticket and they didn’t take the order he can’t do anything about it. He said, how can we fix the problem. I said I just want to bring the 2 back and get them remade, with nothing on it. He said he can’t do it, because it wasn’t on them. I’m in management, and I don’t understand. I’m not trying to get anything free. I was bringing them back. My son is allergic to mayonnaise, and I just spent over $30 dollars to go to waste. I will never eat there again. What happened to making the customers happy!

OMG!! I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with fries, best burger ever!! My husband ordered the southern charm burger he was beyond impressed. Now, our waitress. Tabitha she was amazing, very attentive very pleasant. Everything was on point!!

Had to take a little off for price. Steak is hamburger. Hamburger is not steak. For what I paid for a “gourmet” burger…..well, you can do the math. Bottomless fries = marketing ploy. Who can eat more than one helping of those delicious fries? Overall, I’m gonna recommend this place as a must stop. Regardless of price.

We used to come here pretty regularly. My family used to make red robin a staple of our eating diet. Birthdays and special events. But since 2020, the restaurant has gone downhill. The past 6 times we have gone it has been underwhelming. The manager at this location even recognizes us and takes care of us, but sadly that can’t make up for the food. Today we had a jalapeno heatwave. The burger looked like something from a struggling burger king or McDonald’s. And the burger quite costly for what you get. They’ve changed the menu, obviously there was a reason, but getting rid of the five alarm and it’s successor has continued to disappoint. But even aside from that the scorpion is so small and underwhelming. I’ll just say this red robin used to rival all burger places in my mind, now I’d be hard-pressed to defend $90 for our family to eat there.

It wasn’t a bad visit. My server Reagan was nice & attentive! The manager Sandra was very accommodating and made sure the bathrooms and service was up to par, visiting my table to make sure. I ordered the lava burger which was an experience 🙂 The fries were a bit skimpy but they were hot – most important. I usually go to the location in Hendersonville but figured I’d give this one a try. I used my bday coupon & normally dine alone. The area is super duper busy.
