Well to begin, it’s a food truck, so go to their website to find out where they will be.
Now to the food, their ribs are pretty good. Falls off the bone and is very juicy and tasty. Spiced just right, they are thoroughly enjoyable. My only complaint, no wet BBQ sauce available.
Food is cooked fresh and served quickly. Truck actually looks clean (unlike other grease trucks) and the people there are friendly and helpful. Hell they even take Credit Card.
If you are looking for something quick and dirty to eat, worth a look. Fair warning though, find a place to sit ahead of time since that usually my quandary whenever I go to them for lunch.
