Love this location. Nico who looks like Jenna Ortega is a superstar. Her service is Golden Standard which is one of the most important things whenever visiting a restaurant. which is legendary service and experience. Very attentive. Food was delicious, made with passion. It was phenomenal. Will definitely return.

Still the best, cleanest most attentive IHop. Went there in my youth. People cleaning. Lots of employees. Delicious, fluffy pancakes. Great service!!!! Coffee was a lot of money though, but you can refill the coffee canister without charge. Great experience if you want the best pancakes!!

NOT AWFUL, NOT GREAT. Its just OK at best. Very noisy & tight space. VERY DISAPPOINTED IS THE RESTAURANT & FOOD QUALITY ☹️. Food is ok at best, very over priced . Not worth the price. Many other food options for much better food and value for your money. Don’t need to hear the staff clapping & singing happy birthday. The bathrooms are a toxic waste dump, very dirty .

The food was disguising. A cockroache was walking on the food. I told the waitress and showed to her, and ask her to let the manager know. She came to my table and she said it a fly. We couldn’t eat we got grossed out. She said nothing and we have to pay. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THAT DISGUSTING PLACE. SO UNHEALTHY.

It’s iHOP…most everyone has been at least once …I’d hope anyway. This location has a great service team – they were super friendly, engaging, welcoming. They all seemed to work like a team of friends – who were inviting you to have a meal. The place wasn’t very busy but several people’s checked in during various times to see if we needed anything. The meal was good – the sirloin tips were pretty – surprisingly so were the yellow/green beans – I love veggies tho. The mashed potatoes- I would completely pass on and never get again. My companion had about 4 cups of coffee….the unsweetened iced tea was really good (especially if you like it dark brewed). The cinnamon dippers – I would go back just for those with the Caramel sauce. Would go back specifically to this location.
