Please, I’m BEGGING y’all, go back to how you’ve been making your pizzas for years and stop coating everything with garlic. I don’t have garlic selected as a topping, yet every pizza I’ve gotten recently has been 100% covered in it. This has happened at least 5 times now, and I’ve even tried calling in after placing my order through the app to specifically request that they don’t put garlic on my pizza to no avail. 3 stars only because these guys had consistently phenomenal service for years prior to the last couple months. If I wanted my pizza coated in garlic against my will, I would go to Domino’s – it sucks that this Pizza Hut has apparently switched over to that same process.

The food was wonderful. Everything was fresh on the salad bar and the pizza was still hot when it was brought to the table. Stephany was a wonderful server and was very friendly, smiled the whole time, down to earth, I just don’t have anything bad to say about her. Sidda did deliver our pizza for Stephany because it had just started getting a little busy when it was ready. She was also very friendly, smiled and told us to enjoy our meal. Allison was the cashier and was also very friendly, smiled a lot and thanked us. Basically everyone was very friendly to us. It was a great experience and we will probably eat there again from time to time when in the area. The great customer service along with the good, fresh food means a lot.

The salad bar quality has seemed to go down hill as there’s no bacon bits, boiled egg, cottage cheese and other items that used to be available. Just a bummer cause the price is still the same price minus these items. Whatever Ranch yall are using, trash it, it’s awful I could not even finish my salad it was so awful. Besides that everything else was good. The service was above and beyond and greatly appreciated.

If I could rate this location less than a one star I WOULD! Don’t waste your time or money. Empty restaurant with plenty staff working and I saw the Manager get after our server to run her tables food from the kitchen window to us while 4-5 employees just stood around and passed by it sitting there. Very unpleasant experience. Then had problems with our bill & food we didn’t order be charged. Manager wasn’t pleasant (male with earrings ) eekkk

TERRIBLE customer service, the blond little girl at the window I think she said her name was Allison or something I couldn’t her here because she was mumbling. She needs to learn some manners. She was very UGLY towards customers on her phone 24/7 just very UNPROFESSIONAL it’s crazy how these restaurants just hire anyone. I’m a business owner and personally I would never have such a unmannered girl in my store really do better Pizza Hut get better employees. It’s disgusting how desperate these jobs are to hire people like that. She’s bad for business Rolling her eyes, cussing, standing at the counter on her phone, acting like she doesn’t care. NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE HIRE BETTER PEOPLE.

I normally love Pizza Hut, but this place has made me never want to order there again. I ordered 1 large half pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese bread. The driver was the only good experience I had with this place. The elderly man was very kind. However, my pizza was not even close to what I ordered. They gave me a pineapple and ham pizza. When I tried to call they literally left the phone ringing for 20 minutes straight, nobody even answered to ask me to hold. I called multiple times and the exact same thing over and over. Nobody answered the phone repeatedly and just kept letting it ring for at least 15 minutes each time. All I wanted was the correct pizza not even a refund. I will never order or eat here again.

Definitely not the best Pizza Hut I have ever been to but I would say mediocre. Not really bad but needs improvement. I asked if they would put a meat lovers on the buffet and they sneered at me. More bread than anything.

Credit where due. I had a dismal experience recently and the store manager stepped up and made amends. I was particularly critical of the Nashville Hot wings. I will state for the record, when served hot, they arent bad at all. I still think the burning/scorching hot old school wings are hotter, but its debatable.
More than anything else I wanted to acknowledge customer service above and beyond the usual. We all make mistakes and when they arent just admitted, but corrected, I cant ask for anything more.
