Food was great and plentiful. Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was cool.

Literally just a tiny charred burger and bland fries. Underwhelming. If it makes me sick I’m coming back give it 1 star.
Edit: Went here a second time, as soon as I open the box, there’s a giant hair on my fry. Does this place have *any* health of hygiene standards? Does that have anyone that cares? This place is just terrible all around. Poor customer service, danger to people’s health, poor food quality. Why go here if it’s going to make your night worse?

Messed up the whole order except the sides drinks were wrong and both burgers were wrong just random burgers adding things like ketchup and mayo and removing things like the onion and lettuce both burgers were just completely different from what I ordered.

I visited this location after driving to another restaurant and opt to come here.
I ordered for inside service. I honestly expected more due to previous visits to other locations. The cashier was polite. I heard no one discussing what they were going to do later in the day. Restaurant was clean. There was an employee cleaning tables and fountain station while I was there. My disappointment is: What happened to their food. The portion size is unbelievable unacceptable.
If this is what I get at this location for what I believed I was paying for, I will not patronize here again.

I don’t know who the manager is but he don’t need to be working there. I showed up to cook out yesterday at opening and they couldn’t open because the manager was late! he didn’t care about his job and decided to open the restaurant way after the opening time. Come to today, I go in and order my food and everything that I ordered extra, like tomatoes, cheese and bacon was not given to me in my sandwich. go back in and ask for them to remake my order and I was met with nothing but disrespect, rudeness, and a manager talking to me like I’m a child to the point that he started he was going to call the police on me! For what? trying to make sure that the food that I paid for even the extras charges was given to me! the had to be the worst place ever! Makhi or what ever the General matters name is because that’s what he claimed to be, need to be fired asap! he don’t need to be working around anyone’s food! he sucks! get him out of there! I will never in life visit another Cookout until he is gone! make it happen, unless you want to keep losing money! I spent almost 20 dollars on food that I can’t even eat because I don’t know what they did to my food once they went back and corrected my order. they could have spit in my food or put something else in there that does not belong in my food! I don’t trust him or that location. Get him out of there ASAP!!!

I ordered a Big Double burger, onion rings, and a side of cheese fries. However, when I received my order, I noticed that the patties on the burger were small, the onions were stringy, and the cheese on the fries tasted slightly bitter. The cashier was polite and I didn’t have to repeat myself.

This is one of the worst Cookout locations. Something is wrong with my order almost everytime I go. It’s usually served with a side of attitude. I’ve had HAIRS in my drinks before. This time I went, had to have my burger remade, the REMAKE was burnt to a crisp. Not slightly charred or grilled marks…straight up crispy burnt and hard. They literally gave me a cup of cabbage for my side of coleslaw. There was literally no coleslaw or anything. Just dry chopped cabbage. I even smelled it to see if maybe it was just extremely lightly dressed. Nope. Raw cabbage. Then to top it off, my cheese quesadilla had none of the quesadilla sauce that usually comes in them (I’ve ordered them often). Also very dry and bland without the sauce. This location needs to do better. I shouldn’t have to spend my hard earned money on food that’s not made right because people are too lazy or careless.

I polite gave my order and asked for Cajun fries for both sides and they gave me only one side of fries with no seasonings whatsoever and had it spread out to make it look like double fries when it wasn’t and they added way too much salt to the point I couldn’t even eat it. For my second tray , they purposely didn’t give me any sauces after politely telling her which ones I wanted (3 times) even though she had an attitude the entire time, she acted like she couldn’t hear me speaking clearly and politely through the speaker. As I pulled up to the window the two girls were negatively speaking on orders, not just mine but others customers as well. Are they there to give their opinion or take orders in a professional manner? Clearly they need more training or better workers.

Food and service was good. Good food for fast food. However…floor is a deathtrap. The place is very clean, but corporate needs to reevaluate the choice of flooring. The grease makes it scary slippery. I wiped out and was told by several other patrons they nearly wiped out as well. I was wear sneakers not slippery shoes. I know the staff does their best as the place is clean but the floors are TREACHEROUS. Use the drive through. Its been 2 weeks and I’m still on pain. Staff was amazing and got me ice right away and had me fill out a report. Very kind
