Colorful, casual eatery is a bustling local go-to for seafood specials, pupu platters & wine.

Pork chop was a bit too big proportion wise to the rest of the plate. It was 85% pork chop and 15% side. Seafood trio was great, ube potatoes were a little dry, coconut shrimp were phenomenal. Ceviche was mid. Goat cheese dip was fantastic. Staff was kind and accommodating. Mud pie was a really great flavor, the crust was a little too firm but still great!

Great service and atmosphere for sure. The good was very good but just a little too expensive for what we got. We got a surf and turf special and it was very yummy but just not exactly what we pictured- wasn’t Cajun as was told to us and missed the shrimp, but they brought them out once we mentioned something. Portion was very small. The apps were very yummy! We got a sampler type platter and it was the best part of the meal by far.
Beautiful spot for sunset. Cute little bar. Server, busser/expediter and bartender were all great. Water was always full, plates always cleared, order was timed well.

Wow! So glad we left our resort and tried this place. Looks are deceiving. Not fancy at all looks like it’s been there for a long time but has amazing ocean views. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and the food is unbelievable. Those pork egg rolls and coconut shrimp were to die for! Lamb shank was awesome. Go!

First time there, food was amazing, friendly staff, everything came in time, and they were so sweet and gave me and my husband a free dessert for our anniversary.! It felt good and we left the place happy. Will definitely go back.

We ate here for a special dinner our last night in Kona and we were not disappointed. We had a sunset view table by an open window and the atmosphere was perfect. Not fancy, but it still felt very special.
Our meal was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The Kalua Port spring rolls were absolutely delicious as a starter. My husband and I both had the Mochiko Crusted Kanpachi as an entree and it was just amazing. The fish was perfectly cooked and so buttery that it almost melted in your mouth. The accompanying purple sweet potato mash, vegetables and sauces were a wonderful mix of flavors. It wasn’t a cheap meal, but I definitely felt like we got our money’s worth.
The service was also excellent, very personable, never ran out of water, but also very laid back and we never felt rushed.
This will definitely become a regular stop on our trips to the big island.

Had a great experience. I love that they had a large selection of fancy drinks that were non alcoholic, huge plus! The kids menu was large and had great options. They also brought out my daughter’s food first and that is major brownie points in my book! The truffle fries were sooooooo yummy. I need those just as a snack! The whole family shared the dessert trio and that was very fun.
We came at 4:45pm on a Monday. We had a reservation but could have very easily not had one. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were clean. Not a ton of parking but we were just fine.

The pork rib, kalua eggroll and crabcake appetizer was good. The crispy pork chop was thick, but should have ordered medium, because it was tough and dry. Server was nice but not to be seen for several minutes, in a half full restaurant.
