We went as a family for breakfast, and the food came out quickly. The staff was friendly, and everything tasted great.
However, it was quite cold inside the restaurant because the heating didn’t seem to be on.

Not the best McDonald’s, I think he was a manager, not the friendliest. A young lady that brought our food out was friendly. The food wasn’t fresh, i ordered 2 burritos and put hot salsa on it, something didn’t taste right and now i have diarrhea, and the tea was soooo sweet. I thought all McDonald’s sweet tea was the same, someone had to of added sugar. I also thought a small tea was free for seniors. Not all McDonald’s are the same.

Every single employee (3, that I dealt with) were rude from the get go, seemed miserable with their life. When I got my food, it was just handed to me by an elderly lady. No hello, no have a nice day, no smile, just nothing. I got way more food than I ordered, and no sauce. Honked, knocked, waited and waited, when I finally got to ask for my sauce, my sauce was thrown in another persons food bag and handed to me (after I already got my food). Of course they rushed away and I had no choice but to keep the food. I was not waiting another 10 minutes. 3-4 months ago this McDonald’s was amazing, now it’s full of lazy, rude employees that hate their job.

Workerw always have an attitude includeing maners. Make it seem the customers are the problem. And this location already upcharge compare to other locations. Be ready to wait 30min plus for any order I do man any. Even asked me why would I want a refund when it only $5

I like this McDonald’s better than in town. But I will only come during this shift those girls are the best. Thank y’all Third shift for making my experience way better than second shift. Love my third shift.. will be back

According to their own rules on the computer where I ordered, they where supposed to bring the food to the table but they didn’t. So then I had to get up & get it. There was absolutely no point in taking the number they ask you to bring to the table then.

They were a little busy but not so much so I felt I had to request to pay for my food so they would start prepping it. The lady I asked seemed stressed but smiled once i started talking to her. The experience was fine overall other than as busy as they were the food was not even hot. SMH

Took over 20 minutes and still had not made the sandwiches. I could have been served faster at a sit down restaurant. Fast food is supposed to be just that, FAST!!. The franchise should consider removing all the people whom don’t want to provide a good customer experience. I also saw one lady taking fries from the hot bin and place them back into the fryer. So I would be concerned about actual health safety practices in this restaurant.

Ordered three kids’ meals but they didn’t give any dipping sauce, so we had to go back ourselves to get it. The kids also ordered another meal that came with ice cream, but it was never served. Even after we told the staff, they took a long time to fix it. They only brought the ice cream after the adults came in, and the place wasn’t even busy.

Mc Donald’s Mc Donald’s what the heck is going on at this location. Stopped in during a road trip, placed order and 10 minutes later was given the wrong order. The associate left and came back a time later to ask for the receipt and never came. I left the car, to go in, and saw her putting fries in a bag, I just knew that was our order so went to the restroom. I see hubby and he say he did not get the order.
25 minutes in!
We are asking about the order. The manager says they are waiting on fries. I advise I saw the associate putting fries in a bag, other customers got their order and that we have been waiting 20 minutes. putting fried in She says they are making me new fries (bs ). 5 minutes later they give the order and say no fish fil a. WHAT!!!! They could have said that 30 minutes ago. We got a full refund.
There was no “we apologize for the wait”, No “just give us a moment”.
POOR, POOR customer service. You get 1 ⭐️
