Let me tell you about Robin. When I go through the drive thru, her “good morning, gorgeous” is the first voice I hear after driving 90 minutes to get to work. She always has a smile and is so adorable. I can’t say enough about her positivity. It is infectious and it starts my day off right. Several people there are great, but they aren’t a Robin. She also gets my order correct every time.

A few days ago I came with my bonus mom and we had two orders. Her total was 11 and some change. She decided to round up to the Ronald McDonald house. We get to the first window and the lady (she had short wavy/curly messy hair) said her total was 11.68 or something. Gave her the cash and my mom said she wanted to round up. The lady then nodded and was like “I got you” we get to the second window and asked the new lady if my mom’s order got rounded up. It did not get rounded up. The lady was stealing the change for the Ronald McDonald house and pocketing it. ALSO today I get to the inner speaker and there’s no one else at the speakers. The lady said that she’d be with me in a moment I said okay. Then, two cars pull up to the outer speaker and get their orders put in BEFORE mine when I got there first. IDC what policy there is if there’s one. I got there first

Walked in a there was no line. Waited nearly 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Placed my order, was handed a cup and went to get my drink. Napkins were everywhere, there was no ketchup in the dispenser. The entire section was a mess of spilled drinks, melted ice. Then a young kid comes up and places his shoes on the counter. I go to counter and inform the staff.
After a 13 minute wait my warm food arrived. I look over and counter was still a mess. After eating I went and reported this to manager and looked back in the kitchen and it was in the same condition as the counter.
This is a nice restaurant, but the management needs to find other employment opportunities. They clearly don’t know how to manage.

Ordered on the app 10 minutes in advance of arrival, no one behind me in the drive thru and I was asked to go to a parking place and it was 10 more minutes waiting on 3 happy meals, nothing special, no changes to the normal order. 2 different employees came with bags and asked me what I ordered and went to the next car. Waited about ten minutes after ordering on kiosk. Saw mcmuffin being made…lady carried it around in her hand while talking on the phone. Was barely warm by the time I got it. I told her I had been there for over ten minutes. She said she had also…not sure what that meant. There seemed to be a lot of employees although e eryone was very slow pace and not much was getting done. Had to be very poorly managed.

The food was good as usual, but the service was horrible. I used curbside and the lady that came out to give me my food, just put it in the window, rolled her eyes and walked off. Did not say a single word and seemed to have an attitude. VERY poor customer service!! This was at about 11:30am today.

This mcdonald’s CANNOT READ A TICKET!!! I went in there and ordered two double HAMBURGERS and of course they have cheese on them and they are drowned in ketchup. Just drive the extra few miles to the one in lone oak!
