My table had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of our server, Devyn. From the moment she greeted us, her tone was rude and unwelcoming. The situation escalated when there was confusion about a salad policy that one guest at our table was unaware of. Instead of calmly explaining the policy, Devyn asked the guest in a sarcastic tone if she “worked here,” which immediately created an uncomfortable and confrontational atmosphere.
After this interaction, she left the table and returned with everyone’s food except for the guest she had just spoken to. While placing another plate down, the guest looked at her simply to see what food had been brought out. Devyn then walked a few feet away, turned around, and asked in a hostile tone, “Do you have a problem?”
The guest calmly explained that she did have a problem with the way she had been spoken to and politely asked for a manager. Devyn refused to get the manager and instead told her, “No, you can go get her,” and “No, get up and go to the front and get the manager,” continuing to be rude and dismissive.
At that point, the guest got up to find the manager along with myself. Darcy, the manager, was kind and did her best to handle the situation and make things right even took over as our server for the rest of the evening, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the server’s behavior had already made the experience very uncomfortable for everyone at the table.
I would strongly recommend asking for a different server if you visit to avoid having Devyn, as her behavior throughout the interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational.

The food was absolutely delicious per usual. My waitress was the absolute best. She was so attentive and friendly. All my food was hot and delicious. The atmosphere was amazing I felt very welcome and I’ll definitely be back hopefully I have sane waitress.

It’s mind boggling to see all the positive reviews and my first time at this location, being that it was my worst experience at any Olive Garden. My pasta looked like they mushed my noodles with my mushrooms , , then I asked my server for bread , we didn’t get any until after our food arrived. I’m so heartbroken because I understand this is a chain restaurant but my expectations were so high.

Ate a late lunch at OG n Hattiesburg. Very few patrons in restaurant. We were seated next to bar so Lindsey could serve us. Lindsey was working the bar. Seems like every time we eat here the food and the service are declining!!! We ordered our meals and rec’d our salad and breadsticks promptly. Breadsticks were soo dry and hard!!! Definitely old!!! I had to go to the bar to ask Lindsey for our drinks as she had forgotten them. Our meals were brought out … Chicken Parmigiana and Chicken Alfredo. Chicken Parmigiana was good. Once again I had chicken that had that “crunch” to it bc it wasn’t fully cooked. AGAIN!!! (Same as my last visit here). We asked for more breadsticks bc the ones we were served were hard. We were given hot fresh breadstick which were excellant. I ate my Fettuccine and left the chicken. Our server was more concerned with her next text message than waiting on us and the other couple that were seated in her area. We used the table kiosk to pay our bill…while Lindsey scraped everything off our dishes into the lg salad bowl while we sat there. Apparently the kiosk was out of paper since we didn’t receive a receipt. OG, YOU SHOULD DO BETTER!!!!

Olive Garden is always a solid choice for decent food at a decent price. This is also an establishment well noted for their all you can eat options of various types so that is also a big winner for some folks. I’m a big fan of their Veterans Day celebration where they offer free meals to veterans which I think is a really wonderful thing. I’ve eaten at many locations of Olive Garden and I found the service at this location to be quite above average from my experiences at other locations. They have plenty of parking and the location is convenient. The ambiance is pretty much like all the other Olive Gardens I’ve visited over the years. Overall they have some friendly folks working here and you can certainly eat all you care to and then some… so pace yourself so you don’t end up like the character in Monty Python’s The Meaning of Life…

Everything I had was so delicious tried the soup had chicken and dumplings in it was super good spinach artichoke dip with those delicious crisps… bread sticks were off the chart good for the dipping sauces too recommend them Alfredo! And my entree I got was the tortellini with fried chicken Alfredo it was so stinking delicious every bite was just so good.. service was great very attentive waiter and I spent 95 bucks and was worth it

Our server was incredibly sweet and intensive to all our needs. Our only complaint is the restroom was extremely dirty. And plumbing coming was broken in the handicapped stall.

It was a warm inviting atmosphere filled with people coming into the place and leaving in the entire restaurant was filled with the aroma of Italian dishes garlic and pasta wafing through the air I ordered the chicken parmesan with little soup it was off the chain good.
