My son and I tried Cane’s for the 1st time. We had a gift certificate from my son’s school for a free kids meal. I got myself a burger and he got the kids meal. We liked the food and my son loved the special sauce they give you. The staff was very nice and helpful. The place itself is very unique. It has a lot of cool pictures and little things on the wall. This location always seems to be busy but food doesnt take that long which is good.

In a stale world of unfortunately mid-tier fast food service nowadays, this raising Cane stands out. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a unique layout and a uniquely outstanding employee, Sonny! He was very kind and personable in greeting us and taking our order. The place was very clean and had wonderful food. If I lived here I would come here more often.

I ordered a 50 tailgate with fries, app said be ready by 2:00pm then it changed to 1:51 pm so we came at that said time. Little did we know they gave our order to someone else named Angie who had a smaller order she came up on a deal that’s for sure 132.02 will be refunded 3-5 business days we also waited to 2:20. This place has no idea on how to properly run and own up to there mistakes never going to this location again, and Burger King it is then fed the whole family 40 bucks

I’ve been here before a few times with 3 star service but the crew working the Wednesday night shift were KILLIN IT!! Got my food faster than I ever have with wonderful customer service from the two ladies up front. Definitely a Wednesday night spot. Keep it up ya’ll!!

Raising Cane’s has become a major nuisance for the community. Their late-night hours and incessant music playing in the drive-thru until 2 a.m. and later have caused significant disruptions. When I politely requested them to lower the volume, they rudely hung up on me. Upon calling them again, they claimed that corporate had the authority to control the music level and that they couldn’t do anything about it.
The staff at this location lacks basic people skills and exhibits laziness, indifference, and selfishness. The food quality is also highly overrated. The children working here are ill-equipped to communicate effectively, solve problems, or handle issues. When I reach out to corporate, they seem clueless and lifeless regarding these concerns.
Overall, Raising Cane’s is a dumpster fire: overpriced, dirty, and employs individuals who I’m surprised can find the bathroom or tie their shoes without written instructions.
Their prices have gone up while the quality of their food has gone down, including the size of their chicken. Between the childish customer service, loud music, and bad food, you’d be wise to avoid this place at all costs. The worst part of all is the nonexistent customer service.
They are lazy, indifferent, uninterested, and unmotivated. I’m not surprised because management has no spine and no idea how to deal with customers. They just go into hiding.
It’s a sad state of affairs.

Welcoming and warm vibe from when we walked in to when we left. Very clean and condiment, napkin etc station well stocked and maintained. Excellent customer service by all, especially Antonio, thank you. (Nov 9 midafternoon)

Chicken tenders here are always bangin’. They specialize in this stuff so never have a disappointing meal. That said, the dining area inside could use some attention every once in a while, maybe someone to clean tables more often, but always coming away happy. Get extra dipping sauce if you get more than 3 fingers. So good!
