I love coming here with my mother. The wait times aren’t long at all and the staff are very friendly. The food ive eaten has been served fresh and there is always parking around so its a great place to come sit down and enjoy the revolving sushi bar experience. I recommend trying the blue fin tuna its very soft fatty and has a great flavor. Great if you love sashimi.

I honestly only docked one star for their ramen we went for my son’s birthday as he likes sushi now but they also have other options for food like ramen. Unfortunately the ramen was really boring no flavor really small and they don’t offer spice except for chili powder that is not even spicy at all. Other than that the servers were nice. The atmosphere was great and it was amazing to see the little robot and the way the converter belts bring the sushi around and to your table

Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is an absolute blast and one of my favorite spots for sushi! From the moment you walk in, the energy is infectious—the colorful conveyor belt buzzing with fresh plates of nigiri, rolls, and creative specialties circling right in front of you makes it impossible not to get excited.

The sushi itself is consistently fresh and delicious. Thanks to their smart Mr. Fresh™ lids and plate-tracking system, nothing sits around too long, so everything tastes vibrant and made-to-order quality. Favorites like the salmon nigiri, spicy tuna rolls, and those fun seasonal or premium items (like anything from their Kura Reserve specials) are spot-on—great rice texture, perfectly sliced fish, and generous portions for the price. Each plate is affordably priced, making it easy to try a ton of variety without breaking the bank.

What really sets Kura apart is the playful tech and interactive vibe. The little robot servers zooming around delivering drinks are adorable and always draw smiles (especially from kids!). And the best part? Drop 15 plates into the slot and watch the Bikkura Pon prize machine light up with a fun toy or capsule surprise—it turns the meal into a mini game that everyone loves.

The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, with quick service even when busy, and the staff is super friendly. Whether you’re a sushi newbie or a regular, it’s hard to leave without feeling happy and satisfied.

Highly recommend Kura Revolving Sushi Bar for a fun, tasty, and uniquely entertaining sushi experience—5 stars all the way!

A very decent place for sushi. It’s a very interesting concept. Choose from pre-made sushi plates from the conveyor or order a specific item from their broad menu. Order drinks and a robot delivers it!

Great place could appeal to those on a first date, or young children. Order any hand roll – you won’t be disappointed.

First time review on this place! On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 11:00 AM, my older sister, Jennifer and I, went to Kura Revolving Sushi Bar at Torrance, California, and I was amazed how this restaurant looks so organized and so calm when we got here. The food was so DELICIOUS (YUM!) , $3.99 or $4.00 for one small sushi plate each and maybe the desert probably costs about $6.00, but I didn’t try the ramen because of the very hot weather (sorry about that ), the service was so comfortable that there exists a robot that sends you drinks your table after you ordered them while you can either press push to open up your sushi and put it on the table or you can order them at a check out machine and select the items you need and they give the food to you by the conveyor belts while you watch short animations of Mutenmaru asking the customer to insert sushi plates as he heads to Washington, D.C. (it reminded me of my trip to Japan and it worked just fine) on, and the atmosphere is out of this world because it brings friends and family together, and this place makes collaborations of Japanese IPs. Currently, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is collaborating with Hololive production with three vtubers from Hololive English: Ninomae Ina’nis (Hololive Myth) Ouro Kronii (Hololive Council and Promise), and Gigi Murin (Hololive Justice) (I missed out a lot on pretty much on other popular Japanese IPs, such as Dragon Ball Super, Naruto, One Piece, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Jujustu Kaisen, Hello Kitty, etc. !*Sighs* Well, there’s always next time.) You can also get the Connectable Acrylic Charms, but to do that, you need to participate in their Bikkura Pon prize system. You can also get prices from collaborations, too. For every 15 sushi plates you eat you’ll receive a randomly selected acrylic charm from the current collection. You can also purchase individual charms (excluding rare ones) at the restaurant, or through online pickup and delivery orders, while supplies last, according to a Google Search. Overall, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar is amazing. And, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, thank you for giving me and my Jennifer, and your customers what we want and what we need.

Went in late (930pm) in July and it was a 30 min wait for a table. It’s always a wait, so book it yourself can. Seated as a group of 6 we were able to sit in a booth and the sushi is amazing!
Ordering what you want on the iPad, as well as just grabbing what you want from the train is cool. The novelty of the sushi train and then the personalized order that shoots on a. Special train straight to your table is pretty cool. Then the plate return is in a cool chute and it counts your plates to charge you. Overall great sushi and good fun!
Plus if you spend enough you get a little toy prize sushi figurine.

Super good! We really enjoyed the very fresh rolls and multiple options. The hot food was also good but carried a bigger price tag.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff were very kind.

Recommend anyone in the area to go.

When we checked in, it stated that there was a 110 minute wait with over 25 parties ahead of us. However, we were seated in about 30 minutes. Just make sure your entire party is there since they won’t seat you until then!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – cuts are really inconsistent and they are heavy handed with the sauces. One of our eel handroll looked like the eel pieces were ran over by a truck then scraped together into a roll and the other looked picture perfect. The imitation crab is very creamy with heavy mayonnaise

Ambience: 4/5 – extremely loud but intimate

Service: 5/5 – servers are all hardworking and quick to action. We didn’t see anyone just standing around

Value for price: 3/5 – price increased to $3.15 per plate. More hesitant to come in the future with this price increase
