If you want to wait 30 minutes or more for cold food, come here. After going around the drive through line again they made me fresh food, and threw the fries in the bag for good measure.

First they tried to give us completely unmixed milkshakes. You could see the syrup at the bottom and the lady joked it’s marbled and still tried to get me to take it. I said no and then she finally offered new ones. When we got home there were nuggets missing from the box.

This location is no longer fast food. 99% of the time you have to pull into the into the wait area to wait for food. Just a heads up, Always check your stuff. Always missing the sauce, Always. Yesterday I ordered a 20 piece nugget and basket of fries, got home and daughter said they shorted us. Yup, 16 nuggets. And again, no sauce. Little man was upset. She already had just bit one when she noticed. Done with this location. The milkshake machine is always down.

I hate this mcdonalds location, always bad service, slow, the food not being fresh and the portion. You seriously would serve medium portion fries for a large? I worked at McDonalds before and we are taught how to properly put fries in. And I also know the difference between freshly cooked fries and fries that’s been sitting in the warmer and dropped in the fryer again to make it look fresh. It’s like these people don’t even care about their customers nowadays. If I wasn’t craving for Mcdonalds cause I’m pregnant then I wouldn’t even come here idc if it’s a mile from my house.

Do not go to this location.Do not go to McDonald’s.They have lost their touch way long ago.There are kids working here who are very rude.The managers are even worse.The food is very poor quality and They will park you for a happy meal and mcchicken for over 20 minutes. No joke, then when you go to the window to get your money back, managers come that don’t even speak English or so they act like it. Then I try calling the next day cause i didn’t see the refund applied, And they just say please hold and leave you on hold for as long as they can. They never came to the phone. My family and I go to this McDonald’s a lot and never have any issues. Today they were super busy waited longer than usual and was getting angry but then I saw how hard the young gentleman was working taking the food out to the cars moving fast in and out of the restaurant calmed me down knowing he cared enough to work hard and fast for the customers. I want to report a bad experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich, and the chicken was raw in the middle. When I told one of the workers, she said, “You’re probably one of those people who just want free food,” which was very rude.
I wasn’t asking for anything free — I just wanted properly cooked food. She said there was no manager, but later claimed the manager checked the new sandwich she gave me. The whole situation was very unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor if you plan on eating in and letting your kids play on the playground. Put them in a hazmat suit, pick up your food from the valley high location and bring it to this one. You will save yourself an extraordinary amount of time waiting on your food and they will be less likely to mess up your order and definitely less likely to forget half of your food if you dont order from them at all. Absolutely waste of a franchise. There is absolutely 0 reason to have 4 people working the fryer at once and not having anyone on the front counter. Also if you are going to attempt to correct your mistakes dont take off with the receipt and never come back. On a complete side note I would give 5 stars to the girl that was running orders outside. Wasn’t your place to step in and fix the issues but you did anyway and thats super appreciated. Also if you are the owner and not concerned with the reported average times, its because your employees clear it out then make the customer wait 15 minutes for the food. Your establishment is absolutely garbage
