I been eating at Apple Bee’s with friends and family for over 20yrs. i enjoy the casual atmosphere and the food selection.
my last visit was the Nampa, Idaho Restaurant. i was very disappointed with the service and food today. i ordered appetizer we didn’t get no small plates besides the fact that the ticket time was 17 min. i understand that perhaps it was busy.. but server and/or manager should have check on our table. that’s the purpose of managers doing table visits. to ensure all is well with customers. didn’t see manager doing table visits. furthermore my wife ordered sirloin well done after waiting 37 min. for the steak ,it was incorrect came medium not well . i ordered Fiesta Lime Chicken which was missing Pico de Gallo, and no tortilla strips on the bottom what i got was tortilla crumbs .i asked the server several times for a refill which she forgot.at the end of the day the visit was a D . i feel that everybody at this restaurant should go back to Basics of Apple bees service and quality Standards. i say it as an Ex Apple bees Service and Kitchen Manger, and Trainer that has done Several restaurant openings. i hope my next visit is more enjoyable.

The food is great for the price, honestly a good option for a casual dinner with lots of options. The boneless wings are delicious, the burgers are filling and flavorful, and their other variety of dishes have lots of character and color. The only negative is the service, it was below expectations. Just slow and sloppy, the workers seem untrained. Other than that a great place to get some decent food.

We just left Applebees tonight and I will say the food was a little lower in quality than usual but still good. However, our server Megan was absolutely amazing! Best service I’ve had in any restaurant since covid. Our drinks stayed full and she had answers before I even asked my questions. I’ll be requesting her section in the future for sure!

My husband and I go to applebees every month because I love the chicken wanton tacos and the drinks. The last 2 times going to this Nampa location it wasn’t great. The service needs so much work. I’m a server myself and last night the host was ordering customers around and yelling in the restaurant and when we requested a table that was dirty we said we would wait and the host was not happy and made a remark of “Oh great” dripping with sarcasm. The manager was running around helping everyone which is great but it seems they need so much work on the service. I would never dream of treating customers like this as a server. I don’t see this issue with the eagle location or the Boise mall location only the nampa location. The bartender served us last night and he was great. The food quality wasn’t as great last night either both my husband and myself have upset stomachs after eating the food. I also see another bad review describing the same host that was seating people last night with black hair and some sort of color in it can’t remember which color. But she is absolutely rude and so passive aggressive so I definitely recommend her to get lots of training in customer service.

I have been going to Applebee’s for years in nampa idaho.
II feel so welcomed. Because the staff here has been working here for years and management has too as a well, they make you feel so welcomed ….food so good!

Food here has always been amazing! Lately though, the service has gone downhill drastically. The most recent time we went, we were seated promptly, but sat at the table for 20 minutes, and not a single person had come by to check on us, give us water, take our order or anything. Several servers walked past us many times, even taking orders of groups that had come in 10 minutes after us. We finally got up and left

The Hostess claimed a 10 minute wait upon arrival. It turned into an most 25 minute wait. After being seated, the waitress took the drink order in good time. After ordering the meals, 3 person party, we waited almost 35 minutes for our meal. Very long wait.

My food which was the shrimp was good except for the coleslaw, which tasted old. But the shrimp was nice and crispy.
