Our first time experiencing the infamous Ralph’s Donut Shop did not disappoint. Emma, our donut attendant, was so engaging and did a fabulous job luring us into the best kept secrets of the place. We left with a dozen and within 5 minutes had devoured 4 donuts between the two of us. Donuts just hit different at Ralph’s!

On Saturday, I stopped by my favorite spot in Cookeville – Ralph’s Donuts. A really nice girl had a lovely conversation with me while I was choosing my donuts. I picked two myself, and then I asked her to choose the third one for me. Later, when I sat by the lake and opened the box, I was surprised to find a whole bunch of donuts inside.
You totally made my day – it was such a kind gesture and one of the nicest things that has happened to me. Your gesture shows what an amazing place you’ve created. And of course, you make the best donuts in the world – that’s obvious!

Top 5 donut shop in America. I said it. I mean it. I know it. Having tried hundreds of different places across the US, I’d even wager money on this. Someone needs to please set up a perpetual trust to maintain this institution for years to come. And also to protect them for the urban sprawl that seems to encroaching on this fine establishment. So good, not greasy, and excellent flavors! Add to that the cool vibe of the counter space. Ralph’s, an American donut institution.

I’ve been going to Ralph’s for donuts and brownies practically my entire life, and I’m convinced that it’s the BEST donut shop that exists. They make every single donut in the store fresh each morning, and once you’ve had a hot fresh butter twist that has just been glazed, you’ll never look back! They’re amazing! (Coffee makes them even better!)☕️ And the brownies! They’re so rich and delicious! They’re so gooey that they are nearly fudge. I was paid for some artwork once with a box of 17 (they had to snag one first!) brownies from Ralph’s, and I was more than happy to accept them as currency! Haha
