Culver’s in Jefferson City is a fantastic spot for classic fast food done right! Their ButterBurgers are always juicy and fresh, and the custard is incredibly creamy and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience quick and enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and family-friendly, perfect for a casual meal any time. Definitely my go-to for a satisfying burger and frozen treat! I also love that the restaurant includes decorations of the MO State Capitol Building, and MO State Seal!

It is what it is! Culver’s is almost always the same experience-I guess that’s why people keep going back. Consistency in food, service and cleanliness. They have vegan, gf and many other options to satisfy the group. A Midwest staple!

I like the custard. First time I had the food. Had the walleye. It was great. Also had the flavor of the day. It was awful. The ice cream was melted and the mix ins were pathetic. I told the woman they should not be serving that. I have had other situations with the mix-ins on the flavor of the day. Quality control definitely required.

First time eating at culver’s, I had the crispy chicken sandwich. Very high quality chicken, whoever supplies your chicken please continue to always use them. Atmosphere was like being in my own home, inviting and comforting. Very friendly staff.

Back in the land of Culver’s. After 6 months on the East Coast and not a Butter Burger insight, was glad to get my first bite of their standard single fresh beef, never frozen, grilled burger. Throw on some fresh lettuce, tomato and pickles and you are good to go. Fried chicken sandwich is a good piece of chicken breast and signature crinkle cut fries is their go to side. Interior is clean, roomy, with plenty of tables and booths and outdoor seating is available on the patio. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful as they assisted my wife in bringing out our food. Once they spotted our Black Lab seated by the table, the young female employee so nicely got a pup cup for him. A scoop of custard with a of couple doggie treats on it. They certainly won over him. And we too were very happy.

I used to love the Jefferson City Culver’s but I’m not going back. On my last three visits, after ordering, it was a minimum of 15 minutes to get the order. Last night, although we waited 15 minutes to get our order, the burgers were cold. I’m done!

This is a great location to eat at, especially when driving through Jefferson City because it is a close drive off of the highway. They have done some renovations in recent years so it looks very modern, clean and upscale. Their food is always great and the staff is friendly and efficient. Would definitely come back here again.

I was disappointed to learn that this location does not use dedicated fryers and also doesn’t tell customers when ordering. I know, I know, it’s my job to ask, but it would be nice if they would train staff to tell people when ordering gluten free, and a value basket, that the fries are cooked in a shared fryer. When the fries came out, they were *in* the tray touching my partner’s burger bun (not gluten-free), so we sent them back. The server returned with a manager who let me know the fries are made in a shared fryer. In addition, my partner’s burger was cold & stale. When we finished eating in the store, my partner went to order a burger to go for our daughter. After waiting for 15 minutes, he went to inquire about the to go order and discovered it had been cooked but misplaced. The second star in service is for the employee who was wise enough to not hand my partner the bag that had been sitting and getting cold, instead making the burger fresh. Also, the paper towel dispenser in the ladies room didn’t work. Overall, not a good experience and we certainly will not return to this location.
