Erica and Trey gave excellent service. They checked with me and offered me spicy mayo that went perfect with my fried green beans, which were delish! I had the Henry Hawk Chicken Melt. Last time I had the sweet potato toes, it came with marshmallow crème. Which reminded me of my grandmother’s sweet potatoes baked with marshmallows! It was nostalgic and tasty. 10/10 highly recommend! Nice old fashion diner. Great burgers too.

I was randomly craving a good burger and luckily stumbled upon this charming diner. Gracie and Trey provided excellent service and made us feel completely at home. The burgers really hit the spot—exactly what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed the onion rings and sweet potato tots. Everything was delicious!

The best burger I’ve had in a long time! I ordered the Mick Bacon Cheeseburger and it was well seasoned. Everything was so good, including the fries and their spicy chipotle sauce. Shayna and Jenna were very kind and had great customer service and Sean did his thing with this burger!

I’ve wanted to try KirbyG’s for a while and they didn’t disappoint. First off the chili cheese fries are great and the chili cheese smash burger was amazing. The fires they use are amazing super crispy in the outside and fluffy in the inside and seasoned perfectly. I’ll be going back soon.

Its a quality quaint 50’s burger joint that hasn’t overdone it with campy loud esthetics. The food is well seasoned and the flavor profiles are layered making the meal just as enjoyable as the cafe and its employees. Kirby G’s on McDonough Square absolutely delivered from start to finish.
My son and I stopped in for burgers and were genuinely impressed. I had the Teaser Grape Ape Burger, and he went with Ike’s—I’m a true cheeseburger guy, and this one was outstanding. The beef was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. Every bite was flavorful and balanced.
We kicked things off with Oscar’s Trash Fries, and they were loaded, indulgent, and the perfect way to start the meal.
Shana and Asia took great care of us—attentive, friendly, and professional without ever hovering. And compliments to Sean in the kitchen, because the execution was on point. You can taste when a cook takes pride in the craft.
Hands down, one of the best burgers we’ve both had. If you’re anywhere near McDonough Square, Kirby G’s is a must-try.
