The worst experience I have ever had from Uber Eats. They delivered to me a corn dog and tater tots and did not include ketchup or any sauce of any kind. When I called and asked why they wouldn’t include that, she said, “Oh well that’s a corporate policy that you don’t include that unless you specifically ask for it on the app “ The app is not user-friendly for number one number two absolutely unacceptable when you ask the question and then they hang up on you and tell you to tell corporate! Zero stars. Thank you. Not Uber Eats fault at all, the restaurant, Sonic on Cuming, has staff that don’t care about customer satisfaction! Ever food item that may need a sauce should get a single sauce if not more. RIDICULOUS. AND THE COMMENTS FROM THE STAFF WHEN i called was NOT professional especially when SHE hung up on me. It was a Thursday night after midnight! And the amount of tots?……. SMH……looks like somebodyate some before they left the store. (Stickers were still in tact when arrived to our room)

Had a very big problem with this. Sonic location.
Some young lady didn’t want to serve me because she thought that I had some attitude with her when I was just upset the fact that she took half of my order. And didn’t take the rest of it. And when I asked to take my order, she didn’t have my order already in the process. So I waited there for an extra 20 minutes before I even said anything. Just for her to get mad and not and just completely refuse me. This is very unprofessional.

Visited the drive-thru around 3:15am today 2/8/2026 without a greeting a woman yelled through the speaker she was closed in a aggressive and dismissive tone. There was no apology or anything. The drive-thru hours are listed as 24 hours.

This place was terrible! We waited forever for our food. The customer service was horrible the adult gentleman that brought us our food kept mumbling inappropriate comments after (both) of our transactions. If you aren’t happy with your job, you should work somewhere else. We even tipped him (twice!) When our kids got their food they complained that they forgot to cook their food because it was honestly cool to the touch. So disappointing especially when this is supposed to be easier than cooking. I should have just made a 3 course meal myself and it would have been cheaper and easier.

WORST FAST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER!
I waited almost an HOUR for my mobile order that just had a burger and drink I got tired of waiting at a stall so I joined the drive through line which contained to take 30 more minutes all for the lady in the drive through to act rude and very unprofessional and when we got to the window we could see bags and bags of food just sitting there for who knows how long the drink tasted VERY watered down and the burger tasted old I’ve never seen such terrible service.

9/29/25 between 1 to 2 am, I waited about 30 minutes in the drive-thru for two DoorDash orders. When I reached the window, the staff was moving so quickly that after I drove off I realized one of the drinks was missing. I pulled over and approached a female employee who was assisting a customer outside. When I asked about the missing drink, she immediately screamed at me telling me to go back through the drive-thru.
I understand that many restaurants have strict policies about the drive-thru at night, but the way I was spoken to felt very inappropriate. Whether I am picking up for myself or on behalf of a customer, I believe basic courtesy should always be expected. On top of that, there was unnecessary back-and-forth over which drink was missing, which only made the situation more aggregating.
As a dasher, missing items can directly impact my rating and reflect poorly on me, even when the mistake happens at the restaurant. This experience left a negative impression, and it makes me strongly reconsider whether I should return for future offers.

People and food is always nice, but the waiting times is way longer than the apps show. I understand the food needs to prepare.But the app always tells you just 5 mins and eventually I wait 20mins, almost every time. Not the workers fault but sonic has to improve the app.

Worst interaction EVER! Pulled up for my online order, put in my stall so they knew what stall and was waved by 2 employees through the window who proceeded to pretend to have sexual interactions with each other and wouldn’t bring my food out. Who hires employees like this? Hope this shitty place gets less and less business for running shitty. Called the store and of course no one answers…

The worker from here was very rude and direspectful. I doordash and they had me waiting 10 min and still couldnt answer the box. Then she starts yelling to go through drive through, if you dont like your job, JUST QUIT!!! Making others miserable because you are isnt a good attitude to have especially when your job is mostly customer service. Do better!!!!

Management should be embarrassed of how few staff they can keep considering the wait times here. Hire more people and maybe we won’t have to wait 30+ minutes for a shake.
All the people who helped me today have been great and apologetic. Just overworked to the bone.
