The staff in this location allowed me to come into the store and warm myself from the cold weather, they went as far as allowing me to have a complimentary meal (size: medium) and the atmosphere was detail oriented family centered professionalism. I really appreciated being treated in such a way and made an attempt to photograph the staff member who reluctantly but respectfully denied my request…saying ” we don’t do this for the glamor, we do it for glory of assisting people and making their visit one to remeber”.

No other customers were in line for the restaurant when I arrived. Took 6 minutes to be acknowledged and then refused access to the bathroom without a purchase. Very poor customer service! This restaurant falls under the code below.

Got a chicken BLT combo. The chicken patty was dark in color and rock hard. The fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Even my cherry coke tasted weird. Yea, wont be back. Wasted $12

I was going to order one Sausage & Egg Biscuit breakfast sandwich for $3.89, when the cashier pointed out they had a “2 for $5” deal of the same item; a better and great deal.
I think Hardee’s kinda keeps their cheaper items off their displayed main menus; but if you ask about charbroiled double cheeseburgers, you can probably get an excellent deal there, too.
This is an area with homeless people, and this location keeps their bathroom locked, with customers needing to ask for an unlocking token.

Actually, she did not acknowledge me. I had to go around the corner to get someone with attention. When she came and took my order, she told me next time can you not come around the corner in our space? Very rude very unfriendly Customer Service. No apologies for the delay but just make sure she got her point across

Went to the drive thru and it was a really long wait but the breakfast was hot and delicious. I had a Grilled Cheese Sausage sandwich and loved it! I wish Hardees would make it a permanent menu item best breakfast sandwich ever!
