Waited 45 minutes to get a drink, even though we had 4 different people stop at our table and asked if we had been helped already. Definitely not worth the wait. This was my first and last time I’ll go here.

We’re seated, waiter comes over gets our drink order, we order our food right there and then because we already knew what we waited. He comes back with the drinks realizes he forgot the straws went back to get them and he disappears. After like 15 minutes he reappears and we had to call him over to bring us the straws. Another 30 minutes goes by and still no sign of our food in sight. We watch as a table across from us gets served their food after being sat down after us. We wait a little more. I finally got frustrated and walked out. As I’m leaving I see the waiter running out to the parking lot and I yelled at him why we left. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened to us there. Were regulars, we come here all the time but it’s getting to the point we’re maybe we just need to stop going. The service is progressively getting worse.

Great experience. Food was amazing. Our waitress, Hailey, was so attentive and went above and beyond. Thank you Hailey for a great experience. The restaurant was very busy and she was always right on top of things.
We had gotten a couple of drinks from the bar and Jennifer was so friendly and was very prompt.
This was our first time at Native and we will absolutely be back thanks to both of those ladies. Thank you.

Have never trust food so I’ll skip that part. So I have had 3 Ubsr pickups here. All 3 times they have had issues making food. First 2 times they told me they burned the wings. And now today they burned customers pizza. Like that is crazy to me so your not watching the food when cooking? Not to mention the smell of dirty mop water is in the air. Probably would not even try it. And its costed me about sixty minutes of total.Wait time and probably about twenty five dollars.For these three orders

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to wait for a beer long enough to question your life choices, I recommend Native Grill & Wings.
On the upside,we got seated faster than originally quoted, even though they messed up the rotation and sat latter arrivers first!
Back to the beer I ordered: somehow the table seated after me got theirs first. When I asked about mine, I was told they were “changing the keg.” Interesting explanation, considering the guys who sat down after me were magically drinking the same beer within minutes
To be fair, the wings were decent and Tuesday deals are solid. No complaints there.
But then came the fries……
I ordered what any reasonable human assumes is a side of fries. Nothing fancy. No truffles. No gold flakes. Just fries. When the bill came… $12. Yes, twelve dollars. For fries.
Naturally I asked about it. I was told there’s “no way to ring up a side of fries anymore,” so the solution was apparently to ring in three appetizers worth of fries without mentioning it. Not only that, but there’s literally a choose-two appetizer option that’s cheaper. Instead, I got two tiny cups of ketchup and ranch and a $12 surprise.
For comparison, I’m pretty sure Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar charges less for a side.
Service didn’t help the situation. The waitress mostly dropped things on the table and disappeared. When I said “thank you,” I got silence in return. As a Gen Xer and a hairstylist, I’m pretty laid back and I understand how important tips are—good service deserves good tips. But surprise charges and cold service make that a little tough.
Most of the staff here are usually pleasant, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Wings: good. Tuesday deals: good. $12 mystery fries and awkward service: not so good.
Next time I order fries here, I’ll make sure to ask if they come with caviar, foie gras, or at least a small loan.
Seriously though, hopefully management can clarify the fries situation, because charging $12 for what customers assume is a basic side doesn’t make much sense.

I just left this place, they just gave us our drinks and this “samplers plate” after 25 min of waiting for someone to take my order I gave up and just paid for our drinks and the ridiculous appetizer. “What a joke” 30 min drive wasn’t worth it.

Manager yelled at me and screamed because I informed him that the chicken wings were under cooked. Food was not very good either obviously since chicken was not fully cooked. Ive never had a manger of a bussiness yell at me first and only time. I was also very respectful when I informed him. I didnt even ask for a discount or free food. I just payed the bill and left. I still tipped my server since it was not their fault. I do not recommend any one to eat here as they will abuse you and scream at you as a calm customer.

After hearing about an incident from my girlfriend that occurred a few days ago I would like for everyone to be informed about the horrible management at this establishment. My girlfriend went in trying to place a to go order with the hostess when the general manager Alyssa said the kids meal was for kids under 12, her kids were in the car so she had no way of knowing what age they were. After the manager finally agreed to do the kids meal my girlfriend and her friend were waiting outside when the manager came out getting ready to leave. As her ride was coming up the manager was giving stares and trying to intimidate them, after a while of her staring she threw her hands up in the air looking like she was trying to be violent with them. I think this was very unprofessional and I’m confused as to why there is a GENERAL MANAGER doing things like this. She should not be allowed to treat customers this way and should be held accountable.
