I was very shocked how super clean the toilets were. Which was a bonus!
Keep up the good work guys. Thank you for a lovely dinning experience.
From start to finish, the service was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The cleanliness of the place really stood out to us too, which is always one of the most important things we look for when dining out.
Salim, the owner, was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made us feel truly welcome. The rest of the staff were also friendly, attentive, and professional. We didn’t encounter a single issue during either of our visits.
We traveled all the way from Wales and can confidently say that we will be returning if we’re ever in the area again. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out – make sure to drop by. You won’t be disappointed!
Starters arrived. These were okay nothing spectacular, not my usual sort of onion bhajis, could have done with cooking a bit longer, doughy in the centre, just okay.
When the mains arrived, some were fine others not so good. I’ve never had a curry with grated cheese on the top!
However, the naan breads could have done with a few extra minutes in the oven as they were anemic looking and floppy.
We are early so didn’t expect it to be busy however there was no atmosphere at all, no music or anything.
Some unhappy tummies when we got home.
All in all not a great first experience and definitely won’t be going back.
The food was just as impressive as the service. Everything was delicious, but the lamb chops were on another level—the best I’ve ever had, hands down. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and unforgettable.
The service on the day was amazing as well. Everyone was attentive, welcoming, and made us feel so well looked after. This place exceeded all expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend it to anyone looking for great food and exceptional hospitality.
We’ve been to Jinnah a few times now and we’ve always left feeling full and happy.
The food has always been consistently fresh and tasty and the service is always fast and friendly.
The prawn starters are a hit with us and the spice has always been on point. There is just one criticism, on my last visit I had the lamb shank and it was a bit dry in places, I understand that a lamb shank is never cooked to order and must therefore be in a warming cabinet of some sort but it was a bit too dry for my liking. Nevertheless, still 5 stars from me.
The king prawn tikka were delicious, as well the salt and pepper fries.
I did try some of the curry, the palak gosht was really nice. Jinnah has the nicest rotis they’re perfect. Not too hard, not too soft and still light and fluffy.
The mocktails were OK, I had a pina colada then a bubbly one. I liked the bubblegum one but nothing wow.
Dessert was nice, I ordered a peanut butter stack which is standard and always nice as they’re ordered from an external supplier. The gulab jamuns are nice too.
