It’s McDonalds what can you expect. There was a young lady who was clearly new on expo. She was touching her cloths and drink and face and then without washing her hands or wearing gloves touched the food. Now would I normally write a review no. But when I asked for new fries because of the unsanitary situation She attempted to gaslight me. She begrudgingly asked her coworkers for new fries not a big deal I hate redoing orders too. But then she proceeded to gossip with her coworkers about my request (that I apologized for asking about many times.) the only girl who said anything positive was the girl who apologized for her coworkers. I tipped her. I’ve worked customer service for 10 years and never could I imagine gossiping about a customer while they are in the store. Or not wearing gloves.

Hands down fresh fast and friendly. I added a small fry no problems added received just as fast as I pulled up. Just like the movie. Like for real. Will go back no prob.

I dumped my large fry out to eat and an acrylic nail was mixed in with my fries. I left it how it was and immediately went and got an employee, we were sitting in the children’s play place area, he came over and verified, he knew instantly which employee the nail belonged to cause we walked back over the counter and I watched him directly go up to her and tell her what happened and he brought me a fresh fry, like I really wanted to eat there after that. All the employees thought it was funny, including the manager. No one apologized. The employee wouldn’t have even got the manager if I wouldn’t have asked to speak to her, she comes out, unapologetical, snide, and ask how she can help me. I asked her if I could just have a full refund so she gave me one. I was going to let it go but with how the employees thought it was funny I knew it was important to leave a review warning people and the owners how unsanitary this McDonalds is hopefully they make the correct changes so this never happens to anyone else. A huge safety concern having someone’s broken off acrylic nail sitting with my fries. Also the children’s play place was highly dirty , spilled dried up shake on the floor, super sticky , the tables were ALL DIRTY, we waited 20 minutes for our food, and the women’s restroom trash can that is for feminine products to be discarded in was over filling with bloody tampons and pads, my 5 year old almost touched one that was sitting up on the metal pole above the trash can because it was so full. Very disgusting, would NOT recommend this McDonalds , I did report all this to corporate in a email to. I have a video also that google review wouldn’t let me post.

Yesterday I had to turn around and come back into the McDonald’s because there were coffee grinds in my coffee, this is not the first time it’s probably around the 50th time this year. I asked to speak to the manager and she remade it, but she had a huge attitude with me for making her do her job, making a customer happy when they failed to serve someone properly. Now tonight I order on my app and when I give my app number for my order to the gentleman On the headset in the drive-through, negates to tell me that the ice cream machine is out of order. So now I don’t get my order and I have to wait up to 24 hours from my order to be canceled and up to 4 days for me to be refunded. I keep on saying that every single person in that restaurant should be fired. You should close down, hire new people, train them properly to treat people with respect and communicate properly with each other and customers. The woman in the drive-through early this morning gave me an attitude. I am so tired of this crap McDonald’s. You are the worst company in the entire world and this is the worst location I have ever been at. Absolute garbage.

I used to work at McDonsldc when I was young. We were taught to greet every customer and if we were busy to let them know that we would help them as soon as we could.

Food was all wrong. We seemed to have been rushed through the ordering process to having the bag of food hanging out the widow. By the time I was able to pull over to check the meals. It was a mess. We asked for a McDouble with only mayo and onions. They gave us everything except onion and mayo
The McChincken sandwich was supposed plane It had lettuce and mayo on it.
4 piece kids meal should have had fries but got appleslices. And no toy. We went through the drivet thru. I came inside and stood in what now seemed to be a hole in the wall.. For about 20 minutes before, someone noticed I was standing there.
Then, it took another 20 minutes to get the order corected. So I spent 1 hour total to pick up 3 meals. I didn’t feel the love or anything from anyone helping me.

This is definitely the worst McDonald’s in the area. I’ve sat at the drive thru and received no response. Another time they gave my drink to another customer and I had to pull over and wait forever for a replacement. The final straw is that I’ve ordered delivery twice from these guys and both times food was missing. The first time all the hash browns and then all the sandwiches. I got a refund but I’d rather have the food.

Terrible service from both workers at the Window. Waited in line to order over 20min, then the girl wouldn’t let me use the code to redeem my kids free happy meal bc it expired from waiting so long in line. She took it upon herself to assume I was driving off. Then yelled to her team members that we didn’t drive off after we left the 1st window, only to have the next chick throw our food at us with an attitude like we did something to her. Didn’t even speak or confirm she had the right order, just keep handing the food through the window saying here as if we weren’t already trying to grab the food from her. Smh. Unreal And the food was nasty

I was sitting at the speaker in one of the drive-thru lanes & watched 3 cars at the other drive-thru lane get helped before me. I finally said “hello?” I don’t know how that works – if they could hear me or not – but then a man responded to me & asked me for my order. I let him know that I ordered ahead & gave him my code. He was having a hard time locating it before telling me that I ordered at a different location. That’s my mistake but I asked if I could place an order instead so I didn’t have to go to another location but he was already back to helping the other drive-thru.
The only time I’ll ever go to this location again is if it is by accident.

I ordered four sausage, egg and cheese McMuffins and they were all burnt so I gave the bag back to the manager requesting a new order that’s not burned. The big guy at the window was so insensitive and unconcerned and the manager (short, dark brown lady) was just as inconsiderate telling me to just accept my order since that’s how their toaster toast their bread (burnt) and if I want them any lighter then she would have to give the McMuffins to me raw. Wow. And after they remade the sandwiches using raw McMuffins, they didn’t even wrap the sandwiches properly they just throw them in the bag. Whoever that dark brown manager is in the morning need to be fired and so does the tall dark hair guy at the drive thru window. This is how the unwrapped sandwiches look after they just the bag. PS. I ordered sausage egg and cheese McMuffins but they gave me sandwiches that had old pieces of cheese stuck to dried up old pieces of Canadian bacon!!!!
