Had a great dinner here. Kelly, our server, was wonderful!! There was a lot going on during a busy Saturday night rush, but she made us feel well attended to! Service had some delays but for reasons outside of our servers control. We had many people come to our table to ensure our dishes would be out shortly.
Pro tip- get the eggplant as an add onto your salad. You wont regret it.

We went for Valentine’s Day with our two young sons and had a great experience. We made early reservations and the staff was very accommodating. The food was delicious, and the music was a nice touch. Our waitress Kelly was wonderful!! She was friendly, patient with our kids, and very attentive, which made the whole experience even better. It was a lovely family Valentine’s dinner and we would definitely return.

Panini grill and restaurant in Staten Island, WOW, WOW WOW, PROBABLY one of the best restaurants in the area…bread is warm, the sangria pitcher served 10 wine glasses, and the food was delicious, steak like butter. We ordered the T Bone, again, just WOW. We left there, like that was a meal!!! Don’t miss out in this place!!

Beautiful restaurant! Delmy was my server. She’s did a wonderful job. Everyone was great; from the minute I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with a very warm and welcoming smile so that set the tone for an excellent experience. The complementary focaccia bread and spreads were scrumptious! The half salad / half sandwich lunch special is an excellent deal. The serving sizes were larger than expected. I really really like the salad I had. Good job everyone. Will definitely recommend and come back again when I’m around this way.

I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for years and have always enjoyed my experiences here. For my mother’s 78th birthday and my own 56th, I chose to celebrate at this location, as it has always been a favorite.
Our server, Kathleen, provided exceptional service—she went above and beyond to accommodate us, ensuring we had a wonderful experience despite one major issue. Unfortunately, the food from the brunch menu did not meet expectations. The kitchen served our meals cold, which was disappointing, especially for a party of five. I typically do not send food back, but on this occasion, I had to return both my meal and my daughter’s. The Eggs in Purgatory dish, which I was particularly excited to try, did not live up to its reputation and was quite underwhelming.
That being said, the fruit platter and drinks were absolutely fantastic, and Kathleen’s outstanding service truly made our day. She even surprised us with candles and a birthday song, making the celebration extra special. Her kindness and attentiveness deserve recognition, and I sincerely hope she is acknowledged for her dedication.
While the overall experience was pleasant, I do hope the kitchen improves its food quality and consistency in the future. Cold food can significantly impact the enjoyment of a meal. I look forward to returning and hope for a better dining experience next time.

Great service. My wife and I and four other friends had reservations for Valentine’s Day at 6pm. Everything was great the food the ambience, and service all 5 stars. On Friday night 2/20/26 , my family was in town attending my brother in law’s funeral, and I decided to walk across the street to The Panini Bar to ask for accommodations for (25) family members without a hitch my family was accommodated with the same excellent service.

The service was excellent – warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made us feel like family. Our group of 18 was handled flawlessly, and everything came out perfectly. The cocktails were fantastic as well. The night before, we ordered a 16″ sandwich tray for a party at home, and it was outstanding, complete with a fresh salad tray. This spot is truly a gem on the North Shore and absolutely worth visiting for a fun, enjoyable night out.
