Hadn’t been to Sonic in a very long time so we decided what the heck… I think we both got the #1 burger meals with fries and a drink. Everything was cooked and prepared well veggies were fresh, but everything wasn’t “hot”. Not a show stopper and we’ll be back

Ordered a breakfast burrito and tots. The person who took the order was pleasant and easy to understand. The food was delivered quickly. The person who brought out the order was also very pleasant, and looked genuinely happy to be there. The food order was accurate and everything was fresh. The cheese in the burrito was all melty like it should be and the tots were crispy and delicious.

The food was just okay—not great, but edible. What really ruined the experience was the customer service. The woman taking orders at the speaker (she said her name was Lydia) was incredibly rude and had an attitude from the start. I simply asked to add a few items before driving to the window—something that’s completely normal at most places—but instead of helping me, she completely ignored me for about 10 minutes. After she sent out a male worker who only made a snide, dismissive comment: “Are you okay, lady?” I was so shocked by the experience I ended up going somewhere else the rest of it. I felt like my concerns were totally disregarded, and honestly, the comment came off as gaslighting. I left feeling disrespected and frustrated. Do better.

I go here all the time and tonight was literally the worst experience I’ve had. It took 10 mins of sitting in a stall before they told me I could only go through the drive through. After about 45 mins after that I finally got my food. I get home and everything was dumped to the to the bottom of the bag. Order was wrong which is why it cost wayyy more than what it should have. I got no cheese with my pretzels!! And the kid at the window was not very polite. We don’t have many place to eat around here. And after that I prolly will be marking sonic in Mexico no off my list……

Usually have great deals to take the family out to eat on a budget. But sometimes the oderers can be a 50 / 50 type of situation. It’s either right or wrong. Food does taste great though.
