Love this place! Just moved here from Alaska and this is a delicious treat close by! Everybody here is extremely nice! They even walk your drink over-the-counter to you. Each time I come I try something new! Shout out to Eva, Who has awesome customer service! High five to everyone here!
UPDATE: Still amazing! Had the absolute pleasure of having Mailin and Alyssa helping me this time! Just as polite and friendly just like everyone else here. Alyssa helped me decide on what to get and she was definitely not wrong. I got the Santa Fe chicken Dilla and the mocha smoothie! Delicious! Malin was able to get everything out super quick! I’m sure I will be back in a few days to try something else! Thanks for continued awesome customer service!

I absolutely love going to Tropical Smoothie in Woodstock! The team there is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience every time you go through the drive-through. It’s honestly refreshing to see that level of customer service these days. Everyone is so cheerful, professional, and welcoming — they make you feel valued, not just like another order. It’s hard to find that kind of positive energy in today’s world, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into creating such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at this location today. Even though the drive-thru and lobby were extremely busy – I came in for the T-Mobile Tuesday deal, the staff kept everything moving quickly and smoothly. Handling such a busy crowd with zero issues and a smile is what customer service is all about. Alyssa and Heather were absolute stars — genuinely the sweetest and hardest-working people I have seen. Despite the rush, they were kind, patient, and so positive. It really made the visit even better. Huge shoutout to Alyssa and Heather for making my day! This location is lucky to have them.

Of all the TSC locations I have visited, the location in Woodstock, IL has consistently been my favorite. The staff and mangers are always friendly, and my order is always right. I probably average two visits/week since they opened and I have no intention of changing that. It’s my go-to stop for quick food.

When I visit this location I am always welcomed with smiling faces and upbeat attitudes. My flatbreads are always well proportioned and hot. I love the amount of sauce they put on them. My go-to smoothie is always perfectly made.
