My friends and I had mobile orders where we ordered food and condiments such as pretzels and cheese, breakfast burrito and salsa, etc. We got our food and two of us were missing our sauces. One of our orders also had a banana shake and it what we got was something with peanut butter. We came through the line to ask for our sauces and the shake. Who I’m assuming is the manager came to the window and told us that our food did not come with sauces and we would have to pay. He was incredibly rude about it when I felt we were nice and understanding. Especially when my friend was given a peanut butter milk shake, and she is allergic. Mistakes happen, she caught it before drinking it and we weren’t upset. It was not our fault that the app doesn’t charge for sauce and if that is the case fix the app or at least just explain that to the customer. I feel like if I already messed up an order I would’ve just given away the $2 in sauces, but I guess that’s just me. Overall the food was fine, the carhop and man at the window were great! The man that came to the window about the sauces was incredibly rude and was the worst part about our experience.

We waited 38 minutes after we ordered, just to never be served. At one point, the screen said someone was bringing our order out, and after another 5 minutes, it said thanks see you again without us ever getting our order. What’s more, when we called via the button a second time, they put us on hold. All of this happened after we tried the regular drive thru first, but we were never greeted and their screen was broken. Horrible experience. I’ve never had something so egregious happen at a Sonic before. This was wild.

I pulled in 5 minutes till midnight. I pulled up your the speaker and they said, “just so you know it’s 5 minutes until we close, so our kitchen is closed. If you want drinks I can do that, but no food.”
Change your hours to 11:30 or 11:45 if you aren’t going to serve your whole menu until Midnight. Your sign out front says “we serve our full menu any time of day.” That is apparently false advertisement.

The service here has went down a lot. It does take a while depending on when you go, which sucks. They used to be using the side door but they don’t that much anymore. Which sucks because you have to wait the food. I wouldn’t really get it unless it was like a tater tots or really good there though in the drinks

I ordered a drink, medium fry and two ranches through the app. I picked it up at one of the mobile pick up spots and when I checked the bag, no ranch. Went through the drive through to get what I ordered and the worker told me I needed to pay for it. I said I ordered it on the app and didn’t get it… He said the app doesn’t charge for it but they do so if I wanted it, I have to pay for it. They wanted to run my card for less than a dollar for some ranch. What’s even more frustrating is that I tipped them when I paid for my original order. I have a long history of mobile orders (with tips) at this sonic, not once have I been asked to pay separately for condiments. Felt like I was being scammed so I drove off.

My chili cheese dog had american cheese slice on it and when I said they could told me they was out of the normal cheese she said that is what’s always on it. I know for a fact that’s a lie lol and there was almost no chili on it

everytime i come here the food is always burnt, was suppose to have bacon and did not get any & dealing with shitty service doesn’t make it any better. slamming a window in my face over me asking for a drink carrier is just ridiculous.

I get up to the window only to wait 5 min for my chicken tender meal. Much to my surprise when I got home I had super well done dried out chicken tenders. Incredibly disappointing….$17 for some dried out crispy chicken tenders and a couple of corn dogs and I have to scrape together some food so I can eat something edible.
