Our visit to Hacienda today was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the experience went downhill fast. We were yelled at for not having our IDs on us just to sit in the bar area, despite the fact that we are both very clearly well above legal drinking age. This has never been an issue and we have never been ID before. The attitude was unnecessary and set the tone for the rest of the visit.
Our waiter made things even worse. Our waiter was Quin, who was rude to my special needs brother and dismissive toward my family as a whole. His behavior was unprofessional, insensitive, and completely unacceptable. On top of that, he was barely present at our table, disappearing for long stretches and offering no basic courtesy or service.
When our food finally arrived, it was cold, bland, and honestly pretty disgusting. For the prices they charge, the quality should be far better than what we were served.
Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Between the rude staff, poor service, and terrible food, we won’t be returning.

First they didn’t give us children’s menus, so we had to go up to the front to get them. Our server thought he knew it all and could memorize orders for eight people with mods, which obviously he didn’t. There was a nice long hair in my daughter’s taco meat. We had told him that some of the people in our group were vegan and he did not tell us the mushroom fajitas were cooked in butter. The icing on the cake was the server setting the hot plate of my fajitas in front of my 2-year old grandson. I told him that I wanted a new server immediately. The manager came over and I let him know all of the issues we were having. Both of the managers were fantastic. And one of them pointed out that the mushrooms we were about to eat were cooked in butter. I am so glad he said something before I took a bite. The cook was able to make us vegan fajitas. The only good thing about meal were the margaritas.

If you’re wanting authentic Mexican food this is NOT the place for you but if you want chips,queso and the bomb margaritas this is your spot. Other food is decent , very family friendly. This location tends to have great staff and always clean when we visit a few times a month

I mean it’s Hacienda. If you’re looking for authentic, this isn’t the place. I’m not saying it’s not a great place to eat. Fairly inexpensive for being a sit down establishment. Think of it as an upscale Taco Bell. Still great food that comes with a waitstaff and never-ending chips and salsa and free refills, sodas only. Sorry, no free refills on alcoholic beverages.
Side note: The bill was $41 and some change for 2 people. I spent $51 and some change. Even though it wasn’t much, I tipped our server $10…just to clarify what was actually spent on food.

Waited almost 30 minutes just to get our drinks ordered. Half of the menu didn’t have prices. We asked how much a few items were, thought it was a fair price, ordered it and then got our checks and it was almost double what we were told. Then it took almost another 30 minutes to get the food which wasn’t to big of a deal other than the fact one of us got our food atleast 15 minutes before the rest of the table got theirs. We ordered guacamole and it was brown. We asked for 2 menu items without olives and they came out with olives on top and we were told it was because they use them to mark what kind of meat is inside. For us that was fine because none of us had allergy’s to olives but that is definitely not a safe way to serve someone’s food. I used to come to this location atleast once a month in 2021-2022 and it used to be amazing but has definitely went downhill. I wish I had the courage to just ask for a refund or atleast express how unhappy we were with our food but the server made it hard to even talk to her. She never asked how our food was and made it seem like she was annoyed with any questions we had so we just paid and left. Lesson learned, we won’t be back.

I will never go back to this Hacienda ever again. The service was horrible. They made me wait over an hour for my take-out. They didn’t even apologize for the long wait. I was taking the food to someone else and I was late to their work. They kept saying they were going to bag up my food but they kept me waiting. My food was cold when I got it. I even prepaid them and gave them a tip. But they were very inconsiderate of my time and no explanation. The manager didn’t even seem apologetic. I watched them give others their food. If I didn’t have to bring someone their food I would have cancelled this order. I will never spend my hard-earned money there again. I really feel this was intentional because the lack of urgency. Plus they didn’t add a couple of items I paid for smh .

Though the customer service for very friendly ,professional and worth the highest tips. I mean the waitresses on the main floor not in the bar where the girls talk a lot and don’t pay attention to their customers. The food was very bland with no spices not even salt and pepper. The only thing that was spicy was the salsa and I bet that came from a can.

Hell yeah Hacienda! Our server Mel is simply outstanding! He is super attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. We have never had a bad experience with Mel nor Hacienda itself. The manager Bill is also exactly the kind of manager you want. He is always visible on the floor and helpful. He is kind and has a fantastic memory of his customers. He stopped by to say hello and make sure all was well. Could not have had a better experience! Can’t wait to return.
