Got into Charlestown late and grabbed a late night meal and music at Henrys. Sage gave an awesome overview of the menu and strongly suggested the shrimp and grits. I was highly hesitant as I had Thomas Keller Bouchon shrimp and grits and nothing ever was better…… well I was completely blown away by the Charleston Tasso gravy. The definition on menu doesnt do it justice. I learned that Tasso ham is made from smoked and spiced pork shoulder and has a delicious ending cayenne kick! Amazing intense flavor. The collards were a bangin sidekick again with an extra special hot flash kick flavor.
Sage is an excellent server with lots of information on Charleston. If your in the industry, ask her about future passions in Pharma and Robotics.
Finally, Henrys is a great place for dancing to Sax and backbeat on huge floor. Stevie Wonder “In the City” cover killed. Chk it.

The place is very nice, good ambience, great decorations and furniture.
They have live music that is a great addition to the experience, the waiters are kind.
The food is nice, it tastes good but is a little overpriced (as almost everything on Charleston) but even so is a nice place.

Great spot right off the market. Has indoor and rooftop seating. We set at the bar and ordered a salad a triple slider special. The portions were huge. The sliders were pretty much regular size burger, Nashville chicken and crab cake. Great place to watch sports. The service is great and the place had a great vibe.

We were out walking and found Henry’s, decided to pop in for a cocktail.
I loved the mule I ordered, but wasn’t a fan of the espresso martini my friend ordered (I’m a coffee snob in all fairness!). If you like nostalgic decor & buildings with history this is a great stop.
Our bartender was fabulous and gave us tips on some must see items while in town.
Definitely, I would visit here again while in town.

I had a pretty underwhelming experience. The service was basic at best, nothing terrible, but definitely not attentive or memorable. It felt transactional rather than welcoming.
The biggest disappointment was the $16 cocktail. It was served in a plastic cup and was noticeably unbalanced, overly strong in one direction and lacking proper structure or finesse. At that price point, I expect proper glassware, thoughtful presentation, and a well-crafted drink.
The atmosphere was decent, but overall the experience didn’t justify the cost. I’d reconsider returning unless there are improvements in both service standards and beverage execution.
I would recommend you to go for the live music…

We visited right after we arrived in town and had a great time, so we have visited every day since we’ve been here. Ridge, our bartender was great as well as the rest of the team. Good food recommendations and all of it was delicious. Excellent She-Soup, Excellent drinks, and good prices. A lot of music options and a great vibe throughout the day. Definitely a must stop. Cheers!

The food here was absolutely delicious. My server was wonderful. She was very attentive and through. The food came out super fast even though they were getting a busy lunch crowd. Would definitely recommend.

Henry’s is a must see and a great experience. Make sure you walk through the whole place, there a bars on every floor, a great rooftop, plenty of space to just hangout! If you need a mirror, this is your spot!

I arrived as they were opening at 11am. I sat upstairs and ordered the chicken salad sandwich, fries, drink and dessert. The sandwich was $19 and should have included a side but the fries were extra. It was a big sandwich and filling but a little dry so I asked for mayonnaise. The waitress was great and attentive. I would definitely go back and probably order something else but also get the cake again! They welcomed my dog and the waitress gave her ice cold water.

A group of us stopped into Henry’s On The Market for a drink while visiting Charleston and had a great time. The venue has multiple levels, each offering its own bar and seating area, including a rooftop with a nice view and laid back vibe. There was live music playing on the first level, which added great energy and made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s a fun and casual spot to unwind, and we’d definitely stop in again the next time we’re in town.
