I always do a mobile order to make life easier and add a certain amount of sauces that I would like with my order. Why is the number of sauces never correct???? I mean literally never. I asked for 11 honey roasted bbq for my tenders, fries, nuggets AND sandwiches to share between 3 people. Why did I only receive 4? 4/11 sauces is crazy and needs to be better. And when I ask for extra I get an extra 2. They can’t like the sauces comes out of their paycheck

I’m not a fan of being greeted at the door and seated to take my order. It’s a little overbearing and I felt really rushed. Also, you’re missing all the IMPULSE buying at the register ie, cookies, shakes, etc

Food is always sub par at this location. I used to love chic fil a breakfast but not this location. They never seem to make it right. Staff is always very nice. Another grudge is that they dont give the regular receipts that you’d have a chance to fill out a survey and get a free sandwich. They use little hand held printers instead.

They out did themselves! I pull out to the drive thru, is there a metal box to talk to? Nope! Live, friendly, competent girl in a shelter right there at the drive thru. I pull up, do I have to stretch and reach for my food? NOPE! another friendly employee hands me my food from the window. They are all happy, I want to go back. Food was hot, fresh, fantastic! Bunch of sauces without asking. Couldn’t be happier!!

We asked for 3 fries, they only rung up 2, so then we had to pay for the third one and wait. By the time we got to the nuggets they were extremely cold. We came back in and asked for 2 fresh nuggets, & had the old ones with us. They made it a big deal saying obviously it was going to be cold. They were extremely disrespectful, talking about us behind the counter and all employees were looking at us giving us dirty looks. It was uncomfortable and I won’t be revisiting for a while.

Usually have no issues with this CFA. Tonight, the person bringing our food forgot to bring my daughter’s fries. I asked the girl at the counter if she could get them for me. She said someone will bring them right over. Waited and waited (they were not overly busy). I went back up to the front and asked for them again. Some other kid rudely said “I was calling your name” and handed me a bag that had fries in it that was sitting in the to go area. Is that how this CFA is being run now? No apology from the counter girl and I got attitude for asking for something that I ordered and never got.
