I’ve come to this Taco Bell not to long ago and I had a pleasant experience while here. The food was made pretty quickly and the food was also fresh too. The staff was also pretty nice too, would definitely come back again.

They gave me a quesadilla with cold cheese multiple times, it’s like they just throw the cheese and sauce and don’t cook it. Nobody was behind me in the line so that had no reason to rush my food.

I typically only leave good reviews. But this is the worst taco bell experience i’ve ever had. Lettuce is soggy… i ordered on door dash, and was missing the x12 cinnamon delights i ordered, which was pretty much the main reason i ordered from here…
Called the store to figure out if there are out of cinnamon delights, or if it was an issue with door dash, because i’d gladly re-order the delights.. no response from the store.
The location sucks. Good luck.
Edit: forgot to even mention they didn’t answer 4 separate calls at the store (ran all the way through each time)….

Charell was such a great experience for me. There was a mistake with my order and she resolved it without hesitation. Her and the other staff were very friendly. The store was nice and cleaned. I rarely eat a Taco Bell but I will be back soon just based on my experience there. Very pleased.

WORST TACO BELL LOCATION.
The attitude is unreal here, worst customer service ever. Locked the door, refused to let me in for an order i already paid for. someone (not an employee) let us in finally and the taco bell worker SCREAMED AT ME and refused to give me my food? Hateful people, very clear why they are taco bell employees. Going nowhere in life.
They also stopped taking discounts at this specific location? Why email us 50 deals and then when i drive here you dont “take discounts”.had no drinks and gave us smaller sizes than we paid for of the replacement nasty drinks lol. Burnt the burritos beyond belief.

I was doing GrubHub in my downtime and I waited 45 minutes for three tacos. They close the doors at 6 o’clock. Let people in in front of me the manager cursed me out and kicked me out. Probably one of the worst experiences doing GrubHub I will never order from there again. They were watching me they kept giving me the runaround other people got their orders way after I was there the drive-through no problem they were helping everyone there. I advise you if you’re ever going to do DoorDash or GrubHub from that Taco Bell in lower Merion on city Avenue don’t

the people making the food need to be fired they put a squirt or sour cream on my supreme at the end of the taco, complete idiot. why put sour cream on one side of the taco. they also put one of my tacos upside down in my bag so of course the filling partially fell out when i picked it up. do not go here your food won’t be made right.
