Stopped in here on a Sunday in December, not realizing it was football paradise. When we first got in we were concerned there would be a long wait because there were people waiting inside the door. They must have been picking up to go orders. We were quickly directed to a booth in the dining room. Our server came by quickly even though the dining area was crowded with lots of football fans. All of the tvs were showing all the different games and the place was buzzing. Service was quick and efficient. The wings were hot and fresh and had good flavor. The chicken dippers were good and a whole variety of sauces. Fries were good shoestring crispy fries. We got the pick 6 meal so for two people it was only $20 and a good value. The atmosphere was loud and busy, so if that’s not what you’re looking for you should pick a different day of the week.

Our waitress had more interest in her phone than listening to our order. Food arrived quickly for how busy it was, however, it was cold. Fries tasted old, wings were not even luke warm, mozzarella sticks had a hair, water glass had crap floating in it and glass was dirty. Guacamole was watery and tasteless. Absolutely atrocious.

Would give 0 if I could. Our waitress was frankly nonexistent, she had brown hair with blonde highlights on the ends of her hair and she had a few piercing and tattoos with big glasses. She took a good 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Then a good 5 minutes to get them to our table and our orders. When our drinks came out we asked for two waters and she only gave us one. The one that came out had no straw and we had to go up to the front counter to ask for the water. We ordered the ultimate sampler and it came out in 15-20 minutes which isn’t a long wait but the boneless wings were dry and cold. The mozzarella were hard and didn’t seem fresh. The only thing that was warm was the onion rings. I tried to gesture her over and she locked eyes with me like 10 times and didn’t come over. When I ordered a takeout order for the three chicken tenders she asked me for a side, implying that it was free but when I got the bill she charged me for the side. Then she forgot our cake so we asked for it to be packed for to-go. Then she came back with our check but with no cake. When she came back with the cake 10 minutes later we noticed that our cake had no ice cream like it said on the menu. We asked her about our ice cream and she said she forgot to mention they didn’t have any. She also didn’t tell us the grill wasn’t working till after we tried to order a burger. By the way, she wasn’t even busy, she would check on her other table every 10 minutes while skipping us. She only had one table and they were already close to done. I’ve been to this location a couple times before and the service has never been this bad. Also the girl from the front who actually got our waters for us even though it wasn’t her job was extremely nice.

Usually I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings but the service was just horrible today. And it’s been like this….my kids burger came out 30 minutes before my salad…in total it took an hour to get our food(a chicken wrap and chicken salad). We had no silverware or napkins. Anything we needed we had to get up and get their attention and ask for it because our waitress would just disappear. We asked other people….i mean when our whole table has to wave our arms in the air to get someone’s attention in a slow restaurant. Ya that’s a problem.

I have been here for 1 hour and 15 min waiting on my online order. There are no less than 25 people waiting for there food.
The kitchen is so far behind that they are refusing to set anyone in the restaurant.
This is what an absolute collapse of a restaurant looks like. The manager is not giving a new discounts/refunds or coupons. He said you guys already paid for your order “you’re just going to have to wait now.”
An absolute horror of customer service and lack of preparation in a restaurant.

I’ve always thought the service at this location was subpar, but tonight really took the cake. The wings usually take forever to come out, but tonight was a different issue. I come to my local sports bar to watch the Lakers and the ponytailed, bearded bartender couldn’t be bothered to assist me. I asked politely if the Lakers game could be put on the TV. Dude, just looked angry for whatever reason. I sat down and ordered a beer and just waited… nothing. A good 10 minutes went by. The bartender glanced over at me several times and never changed the channel. So I let him know I never touched the beer and I got up and left. Great customer service.

My girlfriend and I showed up for dinner and we were seated right away and our waitress Hannah was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We received our food very quickly and it tasted delicious proud of the whole team there and the atmosphere of the restaurant, everything was also very clean.

Wing sauces were wrong asked for sauce on lemon pepper got dry wings lol had a large and regular fry there were about a good 12 fries in one box and missed the other box of fried they were all hard too and the worker daisy just rude lol called to fix my order she hung up twice showed up to the restaurant to pick up the fries I was missing and she gives attitude if you ain’t friendly DONT work fast food
