The servers were very nice and went above and beyond with the service, but as for the food, it’s a big no no. They brought a plate that had hair on it, I showed it to the waitress and she apologized and brought another, then when she brought another plate, that one also had hair, but since she wasn’t there, I quietly gave it to another waitress. It was on Christmas day and I’m no Karen, I wasn’t going to make a big deal and mess up all these families mood , so I made sure no one even notice. BUT, ever since I’ve knower IHOP since I’ve been in this country (19+ years), I always order one thing 99% of the time and that is the Sirloin sticks tips, well done, with mashed potatoes and corn. Somehow, that IHOP doesn’t have corn, fine. But I got it without the gravy, and the meat was too chewy as if it wasn’t cooked properly. That was my first time hating the sirloin

Open 24 hours. Good food. Good coffee. Good service. I had the Colorado omelette with hash browns. Both were cooked perfectly. Coffee was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Server was friendly and attentive.

Me and my family go to the Kokomo location IHOP all the time and always have an amazing experience! Today they got a little busy and my two toddlers were hooting and hollering being impatient waiting on our food as most kids do but a manager and I believe our servers name was Brianne were so nice and understanding and decided to cover our meal for the wait!!! The wait wasn’t even that long but when you have hungry kids waiting for their food 5 minutes can feel like a lifetime and trying to keep those kiddos calm and quiet in public can be a frustrating task but the workers went above and beyond to make sure we had a good visit today! I highly recommend Kokomo’s IHOP for amazing service and hospitality and great food!!

Went to Kokomo To go shopping and we went to IHOP for lunch – my daughter and I had a great breakfast/lunch. Food was hot and delicious. I actually have to take some home because my omelette was so big! Our server Was such a delight! She’s personable, kind, and funny! I would definitely come back and ask for her again! BreAnn is a sweetheart!! We’ve been here several times, but today was by far the best experience and the best food! Go see BreAnn! She has a beautiful smile, and even a sunnier personality!

First it was 3am and there was only 1 other person in the whole place and we had to wait to be seated because our waitress Angelique decided to wipe down every table in her section. She was also in no hurry to do anything. It took forever to get our subpar food that was over cooked. She checked on our table one time as she was walking by to seat someone else. She never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks or if we needed anything else. After we were done eating we got tired of sitting there waiting for her to bring us our check so we had to stand up and still had to wait for her to print out our check so we could pay. When she gave us our change she gave us too much money back. Needless to say that will be the last time we waste our money there. I wish we would have thought to take a picture of our food because it was definitely not worth the 38.00$ we spent .

I had the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. We had 3 people in our group, our server was Sierra. She saw us sitting in her section, however took close to 15 minutes to even introduce herself to us. After she finally took our order we sat there for over a hour. She finally came back and said she forgot to put our order in, that she would go enter it now, however they were out of gravy. So the order was changed to steak tips. She brought out 2 of our orders and we were halfway done eating before she comes back to the table and says she forgot to ask how to cook the steak, then proceeded to fix that. Finally got the last order and steak was not cooked right, and was missing pancakes. Between all of this we had to ask for refills, our glasses were empty. She proceeds to tell us she’ll get our drinks after she gets another table’s drinks, which they asked for drinks like 15 minutes prior to that. She only had 3 tables to wait on in that whole side of the restaurant. Also had dirty tables with dishes the whole time we were there. She never smiled and did not act like she wanted to be there.

Ray wasn’t just our waiter, he was the main character. Our drinks were never empty, our food arrived faster than our bad decisions, and somehow he managed to read our minds without making it weird.
Ray checked on us the perfect amount. Not too much, not “did he forget we exist,” but that rare magical balance that only elite servers achieve. He was friendly, funny, and made us feel like regulars even though this might have been our first time there.
If Ray isn’t getting a raise, employee of the month, and maybe a small statue in the restaurant, something is seriously wrong. We will absolutely be back, and we will be requesting Ray like it’s a VIP experience.
10/10 service. 11/10 personality. Ray for president.
