Great service!! When the McDonald’s app did not work as it should, Seth jumped in and, with the help of the manager, made it all work out at the register. The app really is terrible and many locations treat the problem with a “Nothing I can do about it” attitude, but the staff at this location took care of it quickly and efficiently. Absolutely fabulous!! Thank you!

Was just there and ordered 3 happy meals. 2 where cheesburger and supposed to be no onions and extra pickle. Well your staff gave extra onions and no pickle. Also ordered a 6 pc nugget happy meal nuggets where cold. The snack wrap meal the chicken tasted like rubber. I fee due to your screw up I should be intitled to a refund or new meals. Staff also tried to short me a drink and when I informed I was short 1 drink one of the employees tried telling me I was given them all then proceeded to bring back another one because I wasn’t leaving without everything I paid for. If I wasn’t already home and if your restaurant wasn’t 90 minutes away I’d come back tonight t have your staff make it right.

This place can’t even handle light to moderate traffic without pulling cars around the front and both pull forward spots were full. 3 cars total in drive thru and they still pull people forward. I was pulled around front and while writing this review I’m still waiting on my food 20 mins later. I bet the management will say some stupid corporate fluff as a response. These are real human beings you are serving; not timers or anything like that. I understand when busy that pulling forward is a non issue but this is beyond that…far beyond. This management sucks and probably staffs shifts at minimum levels because greed that’s why.

It’s McDonald’s, if you’re expecting fine dining, you’ll most likely be devastatingly disappointed. If you want a quick bite by a company who has been doing this for decades, they usually get your order right.
They’re usually very polite and I haven’t had a bad interaction with anyone there. Every now and then they forget something which sucks but I usually don’t check the bag till I get home and I’m much too lazy to go back, so I eat the loss (or don’t I guess).

I got a number 6 which is a cheese, sausage, egg biscuit. It should have tasted like one…. Instead it tasted like pancakes completely soaked in maple syrup. I hate pancakes and maple syrup… Finally figured out halfway through that the biscuits were completely soaked in maple syrup. Took the biscuits off and just ate the egg and sausage. No cheese. It was stuck to the biscuits. Charged way too much for way too little of the wrong thing.

Had app problems, it would not take any of my credit cards or Venmo so I had to go in. Inside “the number” from my app would not come up for me so I could get an offer in my account. After many tries, I went to the counter and a nice male employee said the app has problems sometimes. So, he honored my offer on my phone, took the rest of the order, and all was well and the food came out quickly. Sometimes technology takes longer than just ordering.

There was obviously a new person at the drive up window.Taking orders because they did not get the order accurately. This made the difference in a great experience to a not.So great experience. My husband repeated his order several times and it so came out wrong. How difficult can it be to just do ketchup only? I had the quarter pound deluxe, which was yummy. He ordered a quarter pounder with cheese with ketchup only and received the works. Some people just aren’t meant to work.The drive up window. In addition it was very slow. Took forever to get through the line.

Painfully slow for a “fast food” establishment. I placed an app order for counter pick up and wasn’t even acknowledged when I walked in. None of the customers were. We stood at the counter as multiple employees walked back and forth, not a single one saying “hi” or “we’ll be right with you” or anything at all. If I hadn’t already ordered and paid, I would have left.

I had to wait 12 minutes in the drive-through for two large drinks. The reader board had one price on it, and I was charged a different price at the window. When I questioned the difference in the price one of the managers was snappy and said not to speak to minors in the drive-through. Don’t have minor in your drive-through if you don’t want them to be talked to. I was not being rude.!!

Terrible experiences the past few times I’ve been here. Been waiting on a filet o fish meal for nearly 20 minutes and no one else is in the drive thru ot curbside. After today I’m warning everyone I know out here to avoid this location. I’ve wasted so much money eating cold food and I’m done.
