The food is always good here but I’m not going to be returning. The girl on the drive through window needs better customer service training because she is very condescending for no reason. I’m order a drink for my toddler and I ask about which lemonade is caffeinated, “go to Wendy’s for that information”, then she doesn’t hear the rest of my order and I say “I noticed my combo isn’t on there” “WELL that’s why I read it back to you” … you never know what someone else is going through, and to be met with that energy just trying to get a cheeseburger. I’ll go to any other location. Don’t get into a customer service position if you don’t like people.

My complaint is at the service, the guy came to the window trying to take my card all the while Im trying to politely ask him if he could put a cheese fry on there before he runs my card, three times. He runs the card and does not add the cheese fries so he once again has to run my card for the fries. He could not even hand me the food, having his co worker and then she was rude about it. I would never recommend this so called restraunt.

Not sure what the young man’s name was that so masterfully handled this visit for me, but dude is on fire. Yall give him a raise. He had me from the talk box to pulling out the line in less than 75 seconds. Made my order combo even tho I didn’t order it that way, my food was the freshest it could have been and this kid had my card back and was shutting the window lightening fast. And even thanked me for my patronage.
I used to worm at Wendy’s years and years ago, and this kid is a star. Guy can’t even grow a real mustache just yet and is miles ahead of most service industry workers.
For real, yall owe him a dollar raise at least. He is killing it. Wish I caught his name, cuz the kid is something magical for yall. Give him more money. Legit.

I’m never disappointed when I eat at this Wendy’s. The fries are fresh, and the nuggets are spicy like I like them. I will go out of my way to go to this Wendy’s.

Their menu literally listed what was supposed to be on each sandwich and they just added some kind of sauce I didn’t ask for and that wasn’t on the menu.
They also will only give you your receipt in the food bag, even if you ask, so your receipt will be covered in grease.
Employee also walked off partway through the order and they didn’t even ask if I wanted it to go or not.

What an incredible waste of 15$. The strawberry frosty was the only savior of my entire meal.
The baconator seemed like it had been sitting around for hours in the warmer. The fries were just OK.
I’ll definitely never eat at this extremely marginal establishment ever again.

Sometimes the crew will look right at you and keep walking while you wait to order. Sometimes it is very slow. The restaurant is usually fairly clean.

Wendy’s breakfast is my favorite. You can’t skip the potatoes wedges. Fast and friendly service. My husband is a picky eater and they answered all his questions about what comes on certain sandwiches without having an issue with it. Clean inside the lobby and quick to get our food out even with a long line.

There’s a growing number of restaurants that have discontinued senior discounts. Burger King started it last year. This is now the second Wendy’s that has discontinued it. But, they also don’t have iced tea. I’m in Cheyenne quite a bit. But, it doesn’t seem I have any reason to stop here anymore.

Went through the drive thru and when we got our drinks we asked which drink was which. The girl in the window told us that, and I quote “I don’t know I didn’t pour them so you will have to figure it out.” I went in to complain and the manager apologized. As I left they were both laughing. I do not recommend stopping here. Go across the street to subway.
