We also have a distinct Mediterranean influence, and a commitment to high-quality ingredients and our special ingredient: LOVE for the cuisine. As avid cyclists, we wanted to provide healthy-yet delicious-homemade Sliders, Burgers, and a few unique sandwiches influenced by Mediterranean and Latin-American recipes. We are committed to use only the freshest and best quality ingredients and recipes. As an example, our burgers are cooked in Ghee, not vegetable oil, our breads are top quality, and we make home-made toppings.
