I recently visited Maki and Ramen and had the Seafood Hell Ramen, and it did not disappoint! The dish came with a rich, spicy broth loaded with salmon, prawns, and squid. The spice level was perfectly balanced, giving it a great kick without overpowering the flavours.
The broth was absolutely delicious and full of depth. My favourite part was definitely the prawns, they were incredibly juicy and cooked to perfection.
I also loved that they offer a wide variety of options, including vegan dishes, non-spicy choices, and a great selection of sushi, so there’s something for everyone. They’ve also recently added a Malaysian Laksa to their menu, which I’m really excited to try next!
I would definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be going back again.

All I can say is OMG.
I love Ramen, and this establishment is the best I’ve experienced yet, fabulous food all round.
The Hell Ramon was so tastie, we also got the Tiger Rolls and Dynamite Prawns, both were very good but the sauce on the Dynamite Prawns was to die for.
The service was very fast
Will be back in future for sure ✔️

Very devious and authentic Japanese ramen and maki, I would highly recommend!
Firstly, the salmon sashimi in the avocado salmon maki is fresh, and balances very well with the acidity of the sushi rice and the avocado.
Then, the house-made ramen noodle tastes very good, and has a nice texture to them. The soup base for the Tori Paitan is absolutely delicious. The ramen here one of the best I’ve tried in the UK so far.

Best karaage I’ve had in UK so far, and I’ve eaten in “authentic” places in London too but it was always overdone and just wrong. Not in here – it was exactly like the one I had in Kyoto. Same with ramen (tonkotsu) – just as it should be. 🙂 In Japan they are more generous with meat and eggs but it seems typical in UK, so can’t blame this place. Would come again for sure (if I lived in Glasgow and not just visiting)! 🙂

Very nice food. Super quick service. Staff were very helpful and polite. The beef ramen I had was nice, beef cooked nicely could have had a bit more flavour for me but not a ramen expert. The broth was great got some added spice and was just right. Tempura prawns were nice. Can’t believe how quick it all came out.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made the whole visit even better. Special thanks to Justyna, the Head Chef and Manager – she is truly exceptional. You can feel her passion, attention to detail, and care for both the food and the guests. Her leadership really shows in the quality of the dishes and the atmosphere of the restaurant.

Great place for Ramen, they have few locations in Glasgow. Been to the both Bath street and Renfield street. The staff at this location was attentive and helpful, even accepted our request have the spicy sauce separate. The chicken is halal and steak can be made halal in request. Always impressed with the Ramen so flavourful and vibrant.
