Chris is an amazing employee, I asked her what does the new “mt. McDonaldland shake” taste like and she suggested if I would like to have a sample. I find that very applauding and professional because no one has ever askedr of I would like to try the product before buying and sometimes I would not like the product. I am very flabbergasted by the concern of this employee! Amazing job Chris and always shine bright as you are!! I also would like to express my gratitude for Chris allowing me to wait for my friend to pick me up, I really admire the concern and the actions she took to ensure my safety. Thank you so much for this wonder experience!

That’s some crazy mess how ya just renovated these place and now look the inside it all mess up completely common guys please do a better job with the renovation that’s unacceptable to the community and to the people who live there

The service was terrible. My dad ordered two quarter pound burgers and they gave him kid’s food and on top of that they charged us $30, which is what the two quarter pounders cost. Seriously, bad service. I will never go back.

I had an unacceptable experience at the McDonald’s Drive-Thru at 610 NE 125th St, Miami, FL 33181, around 4:30 a.m. I waited for over 30 minutes, and I was the only vehicle in line.

From the moment I arrived, I could clearly see my Uber Eats order sitting on the table inside, but no one came out to assist me. I honked several times and waited both at the speaker and the window — but there was no response.

Eventually, other vehicles began to line up, and everyone started honking in frustration. All of them eventually left. I remained. My companion even got out of the car and knocked on the window, thinking perhaps they couldn’t hear us. At that point, we noticed that the bag with the order was no longer on the table.

After continued insistence, a female employee finally came out and asked what we needed. We told her it was an Uber Eats pickup and showed her a photo clearly showing the bag and receipt. She then asked a male coworker, who coldly replied that the order had been thrown out and that “THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.”

Only thanks to our insistence and intervention from a live Uber Eats agent, they finally agreed to remake the order (but only after reviewing the photo as proof). The employee helped us, but it was obvious she was under pressure from her colleague…

This type of situation shows a serious lack of professionalism, empathy, and basic customer service; both for delivery drivers, and the paying customers on the other side.

⚠️This is a direct call to the store manager and McDonald’s Corporate: Do you actually read reviews like this? Do you follow up when evidence of this nature is documented? I’ve already filed a formal complaint, and I hope to receive a proper response and action.

Hopefully, this review won’t be ignored the same way I was for over half an hour at your window.‼️

This is the worst location I’ve been to in my entire life. I placed a mobile order in advanced & it took 28minutes to complete the order & the food wasn’t even cooked well. Customer service wasn’t the best & there was no one at the register to assist anyone.

My name is Nathaly on 1/11/2025 I ordered on my mobile app since I was currently on my break which is only 30mins long. When arrived my mobile app said my food would be ready by 1:03pm but it was not so I waited in the park lot. At 1:30 I decide to go inside and ask what was going on with my order and they had no idea. At this point I ask for a refund because my break was completely over they told me I could not receive one. This is not ok my whole break was done and i was not even able to eat my meal. My order number was #1998 on 1/11/2025. I would like my refund back please.

I wait 10 minutes and finally leave without being able to place my order. I place my order at the kiosk, and when I go to pay, the payment terminal isn’t available. I go to pay at the counter and there are three people in front of me. Okay, no problem. I’ll be there quickly. Just pay for one order. But, surprise, the person who takes the order is the same one who packages the order and delivers it, so a process that takes a maximum of 1 minute turns into 3 or 4 minutes per customer. In the end, desperate, I go to another restaurant in a different chain. I don’t think it’s an employee problem, but rather a management issue. It’s not a problem at this establishment either. It’s happened to me at many others in the same chain.

I had to change my review. I always have issues with my order. I like to use mobile order something is always missing or wrong. I ordered food with no onions for health reasons my sandwich was loaded with them.
