Also I want to thank you so much because the food is really fresh and it taste delicious if you guys are looking for a nice Burger King to come to we’re friendly people. Starting at the bathroom: In around 1 year I have never seen such a broekn down, forgoten bathroom. The towel dispenser was completely broken and you may say that I just came in at a bad time, however others have also complained about the bathroom months before I had visited this Burger King. The bathroom wouldn’t be appreciated in a prison less a restaurant for paying customers.
Next the ketchup area: ketchup was everywhere, all over the dispenser and on the counter. Absolutely a mess with no attention.
The staff: staff tried to look busy at the back of the kitchen with customers standing and waiting to be served. The manager just walked past me and tried to greet me but was too busy talking on his headset to someone.
Food: the food was great. Like I mean really good. If you don’t care about anything else than a really good meal then I guess come on over.
Overall: Due to the mentioned above I would not recommend this specific Burger King. The seating time is 30 minutes and the bathroom makes me not feel the employees are washing their hands after a visit to the restroom. Food is very good and that’s about it.

My experience was horrible. I waited over 20 mins for my order. There was a new person at the register. The manager was working at the drive through and trying to fill the orders inside the store. There were only two people working in the back. The food was cold and my sandwich tasted weird.

The employee taking my order was on the phone and talking to the staff at the same time. At one point he told someone to shut up. On top of that my sandwich was prepared horribly. It’s sad because you know you wouldn’t want to eat this yourself so why make it that way. Had to take off practically all of the lettuce because it looked spoiled. I took one bite and regretted it

Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes just for no one to take my order at the speaker.
Drove up to window waited some more and then was informed I had to drive around again because THEIR SPEAKER DIDNT CONNECT. Manager refused to take my Small order At the window. Suggested I drive back around and wait in line again…. Don’t bother wasting your trip to this location

Slow night, not a customer around. In person no drive through. How does double bacon burger no pickles with mayo translate into cheeseburger single, pickles included? Blatant lack of any miniscule amount of care, understandable in certain scenarios but there isn’t a single excuse I can think of.
