Service here is great! My wife is trying to be more healthy and ordered the 3 for Me and got the smasher burger with no bun or thousand island dressing, black beans instead of fries and a salad no croutons or cheese. I on the other hand had the fajitas combo. So good! You should definitely eat here, truly a great experience. Food is great, service is outstanding and a friendly atmosphere ❤

This is our favorite Chili’s location! The bartenders and staff are friendly. The managers are attentive and we are always made to feel welcome. The food is appetizing in both taste and appearance and the restaurant and bathrooms are kept clean. We will continue to come back to this location for these reasons.

Really great experience. Usually I dont like chili’s, but the food was surprisingly good. Had great fried chicken and a smasher burger. Not too loud or crowded. Lucero was amazing. She was very helpful, attentive, and bilingual.

Chili’s has the best BBQ ribs — hands down! The ribs were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and falling right off the bone. The smoky flavor combined with their signature BBQ sauce was absolutely mouthwatering. Every bite was pure perfection!
The sides were delicious, and the service was excellent — our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. The only thing I wish is that Chili’s would bring the corn back to the menu because it used to pair perfectly with the ribs.
If you’re craving amazing BBQ ribs in a fun, relaxed atmosphere with great service, Chili’s is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back for another rack soon!

We had a online order and got two steaks medium rare my husband went and picked them up brought them home and as we started eating I cut my steak up in squares and realized the whole thing was pink pink, we called and asked if they could do something and Kaitlyn was very helpful no hard time she refunded us for our food and we ended up re cooking them on the stove. It was fast and easy most people want you to drive them back to the restaurant she wasn’t like that she apologized and helped us

I went to this location on a Friday night and I had to waited 20 minutes to get seated. When they had plenty of tables available, but apparently they wanted to close down sections of the restaurant 2 hours early! This is highly unsatisfactory, especially when the restaurant is clearly busy! When I was sent the text message to get seated they wanted to seat me in the crowed bar area. I did not want to be placed in that area and asked if they could seat me else where. The host had to asked if he could sit me and my date some place else. He came back and with a bit of attitude said they would have to clean a table, when I looked around there where several table clean. It took another 10 minutes for another staff member to even start to clean the table they were gonna sit us at. By that point I was extremely frustrated and me and my went to Applebee’s up Gibson. This location is by far one of the most unfriendly and unaccommodating Chili’s I have ever been to and will not be going back any time soon!

Overall my experience here was pretty good, the food was above par, our drinks were filled in a timely manner, the atmosphere was great, our waitress kept checking in on us and had a good sense of humor. Overall five stars!

Let me preface with, we didn’t even stay and wait for food.
My family and I showed up to this restaurant at around 2pm on Monday October 27th. We walked in to a very slow restaurant, MANY open empty tables. The hostess, a young dark haired girl who had a really bad attitude, she asked if we’d like a booth or a table and we asked for a booth. It’s 3 adult women and 2 young children. She attempted to put us in a half booth in the bar area, when we asked for a different table she looked at us like we were insane.
She said, with an attitude “well, I have a regular booth over here but it needs to be cleaned. Do you want to wait for it to be cleaned?” Girl, obviously, if thats the only thing available to fit us. Clean it. With how dead that restaurant was, why wasn’t it cleaned before new customers came in? Why did she treat us like we’re stupid because we didn’t want a table that fit. I’ll be calling the manager today because if that girl doesn’t want to clean tables, she should find somewhere else to work.
We left because I don’t have the patience for rude customer service workers when I’m simply trying to take my grandma out for a birthday lunch.

I called earlier at around 5 pm asking specifically about the Wicked drinks, and the host flat-out lied to me. I was told the drinks were available, and I was also told the wands that come with them were in stock. Based on that information, I drove to this location instead of another. When I arrived, I found out none of what I was told was true. They had only one drink, only one wand, and the wand didn’t even go with the drink that was available. My time and money were completely wasted because I was given blatantly false information. It should never be acceptable to lie to customers. And to make matters worse, 2 items of the food I ordered were COLD! Do not come to this deceiving location unless you want cold food and bad service!
