My husband and I decided to try this restaurant tonight because we had a taste for soul food. The food overall was a 5/10 and that is because they did not add our corn muffins into the bag, the banana pudding tasted outdated and it was very thick, with a beige color. We also tried the peach cobbler and it was very salty. To top it off, the desserts looked like dog food.

I ordered the rib dinner with two sides of mac and candied yam, in addition to the muffin that’s included in the meal, plus sweet tea as a beverage, and I must say everything exceeded expectations. The ribs were extremely tender. Next time, I definitely have to order more Mac and cheese, as it was the BEST Mac that I’ve EVER had. My first time eating candied yam has left me at a loss of words to describe how delicious they were and a muffin with a pallet cleanser of their sweet tea to top it off was the perfect meal for me. Definitely looking forward to my next visit 🙂

Food was not my preference. The dressing tastes like jiffy mix and the smoked turkey was flavorless. Greens……..umph!!! Sweet potatos we’re outstanding. Im positive that other items are better. The food quality is high the only thing lacking for me was seasonings. Turkey wings were moist and tender just not flavorful. Again all preference these are just my opinions. Oh…..the punch is like drinking a glass of diabetes

I order ribs via Grubhub. They sent tips. I’m glad to know they are stingy with the tips, so I’ll never order. They also weren’t so tasty, I should’ve ordered from Famous Daves, at least I would’ve gotten my money’s worth. The menu says corn….they sent cream corn

I had collard greens and gumbo; everything was delicious. However, I’m disappointed because the $10 gumbo doesn’t make sense for the bowl size, and the punch is diabetic, so it’s overly sugary—OMG! Aside from that, everything else was still very good. I can’t wait to eat my peach cobbler.

The food here is fantastic, but the service is atrocious. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 25 minutes. I arrived after 40 minutes and was told it would be another 5 minutes. It ended up being an additional 40-minute wait after I arrived (an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered). I wouldn’t be too upset about that on its own, but I discovered when I got home that they forgot the remoulade sauce for my fried green tomatoes and the gravy on my wife’s mashed potatoes with gravy. To be kept waiting that long and have multiple things missing from my order is infuriating. I love the food here, but I can’t recommend it due to the lack of care from the staff.

I didn’t mind paying $20 for some soul food but when I got to my destination, opened the food, the Mac and cheese was good even the sweet potatoes but I had smothered pork chop and who want to eat some 2 day old pork chop….the meat was brown and couldn’t hardly chew it. That made me disappointed. When you pay your money for some food you expect it to be fresh. I will never get that again and I don’t appreciate paying for something I didn’t enjoy.

Hate that i have to leave a negative review but it’s needed. Been coming here for 15-20 years and Pricilla’s just keep going down hill. Drove a hour on a Wednesday around 4pm. I spent about $80, as I always buy food for me in my family. I ordered 4 fried chicken dinners( 3 all wings/one all thighs with dressing and Mac and cheese). While they wasn’t busy at all maybe 4 customers between carry out and dine in, I had to wait 30 minutes for my food. I received my thighs order cold while my wings were fresh. The dressing with gravy was burnt and tasteless. I’ve seen customers complain before and the owners basically say if you don’t like it go somewhere else, so it was no point of me calling to complain. I won’t be returning maybe I’ll bother location but Pricilla’s you guys just lost a great customer.

I saw some positive reviews about the chicken. So I wanted to try some. The breading is light and not greasy. It’s got spices like salt and garlic in it. The sides are excellent the collard greens are a little spicy which I love. The reds and beans and rice are thick and hardy. The yams are exceptionally delicious. Very good place I want to come back here for a more chicken because I like this kind of chicken where it’s soft and moist
